A word to the people

So I realized that our body is the way it is because it is the way we made it. There is nothing wrong about being chunky. Obese. Skinny. We just make ourselves feel like we're not good enough. We feel that people won't like us for our weight. They judge about looks before they even get to know the person. Like the women or man of your dreams could be right in front of you. And you judge that by the way they look. And you don't get the chance again. Like honestly I realized my body is perfect. I don't care if I look fat or chunky. My body is perfect the way god made it. The way I eat is the way I live. Why should it matter if you think you're chunky. You clearly aren't chunky. You're perfect the way you should be. There shall not be a wrong way to eat. To workout. Working out is something you want to do because you feel self conscious about your weight. Or whatever. But just because you think you're chunky. Doesn't mean you are. It is just you saying that about yourself.
