Always ask for feedback from your clients and customers after service rendered. It will help you to know what you are doing well, what your clients like and what you need to improve upon. Referrals are like gold dusts. They are valuable and spread quickly. If you do your work right, don’t be shy to ask for referrals from your current clients. Most will gladly do so if they are happy with what you do. Only a satisfied client will go the extra mile and record video testimonials after attending a training she paid for.
