Encounter in the woods
Aryn sighed for the fouth time in less than ten minutes. It had seemed like such a good idea to go take a walk in her mountains; and soon enough she had found herself crossing into a new dimension. It had sounded great to continue walking until the snow disappeared and the trees welcomed her.
The forest had been quiet, and Aryn had found herself wandering, enjoying a cool breeze. Quite recklessly, Aryn hadn't put her hood on her light blue hairs, instead enjoying the simple things.
Of course, it meant Aryn had been bound to have trouble. She had taken her sweet time, but Aryn had finally realized she had no idea where she was exactly. While she had visited many worlds in the past-many Camelots-and its forest, it didn't meant they were exactly the same. Nor that she knew the forest in and out.
If it hadn't been enough to be lost, Aryn felt famished. She had taken a small breakfast, but after wandering for long enough it was like she had eaten nothing.
And to top all that, her sensitive ears had picked up sounds hitting to the presence of some people. She had no idea if they were bandits, knights or anything else. Whoever they were, they meant she couldn't transform into her dragon form and leave.
It was only when Aryn heard footsteps some seconds before someone emerged from the trees beside her that Aryn thought she should have at least put her hood up.
Aryn was strange enough; a woman alone in the forest with clothes simple but elegant, but with light blue hairs?
It was like she had asked for trouble.
