that's literally how u don't draw anything
he's trying to give art advice when his own technique is as underdeveloped as a 10 year old's
you don't draw a piece by, more-or-less, lining it first- you HAVE to sketch it, at least, and plan out where certain parts will go, what their general shapes will be, their proportions, etc. or else you're bound to screw up somewhere
this "finalize each part before planning" technique is so amateur, and that's coming from someone who'd probs at LEAST 10 years younger than him. it is fucking BASIC ART CLASS KNOWLEDGE that u don't do this, oh my god I can't get over this
