Lady Fuyuki and Baby Yukima, Final Chapter of “The Raven Does Not Choose Its Master” spinoff (The tale of Yukiya’s two mothers) by Natsumi Matsuzaki (based on Chisato Abe’s short story)
Once, she was a maidservant attached to Fuyuki who followed from the main house of the Kita Family to Taruhi.
"There's something I haven't been able to tell you until now, Azusa-sama. It's about, um, Fuyuki-sama..."
After hesitating for a moment, she nodded as if making up her mind.
It was when Fuyuki, upon hearing rumors that Azusa had given birth to a child, made her way to the main residence of the Kita Family despite the difficulties.
Just before meeting with Oryo no Kata, Fuyuki had come to the building where Azusa was.
"But you, Azusa-sama, were asleep... and beside you, Yukima-bocchan was laid down."
She was worried that Fuyuki might harm Yukima, but that was not the case.
"She picked up Yukima and, well, she smiled."
"She smiled. Fuyuki-sama did."
With a face as if she couldn't believe it herself, she repeated.
"It was a gentle, gentle smile. I had never seen that expression on her before." After making such a face, Fuyuki remained silent, lost in thought for a while.
