i kinda wish i can find a character that i can yumeship with on my own that nobody hasnt found yet bc if ppl know them, i may get blocked by doubles (i wont be able to make friends with potentially cool moots) and i'll js feel like a failiure overall, i associate being blocked with negative stuff so i'll feel like i upset sm and ik u js have to move on and all of that but i get super stressed whenever something bad happens online in general :(
also like, i feel like i may mischaracterise them and i dont want to do that in case they portray a certain theme that is super important that i may gloss over, say for example i LOOOOOVE TC from cyberverse, he's such a HOTTIE but irl he would probably stomp me and kill me so- yeah ;-; and itll probably make me super weird and parasocial about them which leads me onto the third point
and also, these characters arent real (as in theyre not irl) so i feel really bum whenever i think abt them romantically because they cant consent, like how do i know that if they were real they would say yes?? I DONT KNOW BC THEY CANT PHYSICALLY SHOW UP AND BE LIKE "i want you romantically and carnally" so i could genuinely be a creep by thinking these things and linking to the second point, parasocial relationships arent healthy and i feel like i'll easily fall into that
and finally with the way i am now, these guys probably won't even want me :,)
therefore this leaves ocs because theyre MINE and i made them, nobody else did and i have full control over them that nobody can take away from me (but i still feel guilty which is dumb)
faith's got WAY too much baggage to even CONSIDER dating and theyve done a lot of really horrible, nasty stuff that drove away their partner in the first place ( @yashtheartistic and @untitled-25-mp3 u guys alr know what's up with faith and voyager and fuse and EVERYONE ELSE)

which is a fair question. because i really don't talk about william all that much, despite this blog literally being about her and marco.
so heres some lore and shit idk. putting it under the cut bc its looooonggggg.
"What is a horned elf?"
Horned elves are a dying subspecies of elves that originate in the East of Latium, but quickly began invading the rest of the world because they're created when a mage's magic interacts with the horned elf's magic. They're known for being able to imitate people, having rectangle shaped pupils, and the signature horns on their head. These horns are formed by magic, and are thus the same color as the horned elf's magic.
Horned elves were originally known as "The Devil's Children" and this is largely because of their notable horns and their diets. Horned elves are obligate carnivores, and their main diet consists of humans and elves.
Horned elves have a sort of hive-mind memory, allowing every single one to see through the eyes of each other. This also causes their ravenous hunting habits that destroyed several civilizations, as they typically gather where one of their own was killed and then hunt any humans and elves they find.
Most information about horned elves is recently found and verified by William, as it was extremely difficult to keep a horned elf contained or imprisoned.
"What is Latium?"
Latium is the world William and Seren hail from. Due to life forms in Latium being able to transform and bend the world to their will, there is only one super continent called Latium, which is divided into Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern.
There is no formal government in Latium despite being a modern society, as they formed a mutualist society to survive the constant attacks from the horned elves.
The underwater is largely unexplored as there are many leviathans living in the ocean, while they are docile and friendly creatures, they are incredibly powerful and can easily kill and shatter anything they touch if they don't realize its there. Regardless, the leviathans are largely seen as big ocean puppies who love being attacked by mages (as it feels like tickles to them) and splashing mages with water—adult leviathans are about 70 meters to 100 meters long. They are herbivores.
"How does the Magic System work?"
The magic system is based in mathematics and chemistry, loosely based off this from my main blog. They simply write mathematical equations in the air and have to imagine them in the way they want it to work. They don't need grimoires to cast spells, grimoires simply hold information on spells and are occasionally used for quick-casting in duels.
In combat, the faster a mage is at finishing their equation, the faster they can attack. Mages will often slash each other equations to dispell them while casting a spell with their other hand, as such most mages are encouraged to write with both hands.
Quick-casting is writing spells in one's grimoire and using it to cast spells, akin to copy and pasting equations. It is largely used in duels or for extremely long spells that won't allow for errors. Quick-casting is a fairly uncommon practice as most mages prefer having both hands open to cast and defend, and carrying a grimoire is fairly difficult during combat.
