Glad I got to finally experience "nakid hornet" in the slab moment since I locked myself out of it the first time around because I killed all the jailer flies (oopsie) but I still think going through the area in one go is a lot more satisfying after acquiring the Apostate key

Something about the whole up down and all around the prison with full equipment feels very giddy because it's not a hard area (at least at that point in the game where you acquire the key), you just go around wracking havoc to these poor flies that Hornet hates with her entire existence AND THEN finish off the place with one of the best fights in the whole game! For fun!

But then you don't ever get a reason to go back there again. What? The Broodmother quest? Uhhhh y-yeah... But after that! You never have to go back there again

The grounds themselves seem to tense at the mention.

Cole confirmed in the main game that spirits are capable of taking physical form, but now he confirms that Solas did it too. Further suggesting that every elf with a name like Pride or Sorrow was likely originally a spirit. And you can easily miss this if you don't just chat him up. DAMN I LOVE COLE.

Painted a thing for the D&D campaign that I keep forgetting to write XD.

Dragged myself through the last quest and finished mirage. The game is objectively shit, but I REALLY liked the lore reveal at the end. Spoilers

The entire time I was playing I was dreading the buildup of basim and nehal's relationship, because I really did not want another cheap romance b plot, or it turning out that "ooo person closest to you now works for the order and you have to kill her", or both. The reveal that? She IS basim? And he's just been hallucinating her the whole time??? God tier. Insane. I could not have called that if I tried. The sequence at the end where they merged was also really sweet. I am having mega ultra spirit thoughts about all this

It doesn't make the ending of valhalla make any more sense to me tho, as I was hoping it would have. I just have more questions now. I'm gonna have to watch some lore videos or something I'm too oblivious for this
