Please fill out all sections of this form if you are a ARTIST. Beta sign ups will be in separate form! Please read ALL OF THE BELOW RULES! You MUST BE 18+ Absolutely no exceptions. You must join our discord server to participate https://discord.gg/5mKRB5vPgS (NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE YYH REVIVAL SERVER. It is a separate server you need to join.) All collaboration will be done there. If you don't currently use discord, just make an account and use the browser version for a bit then delete your account. If we cannot find you in the server by the time the sign ups close, your submission will be deleted and we'll assume you've dropped out. You must notify the mods, Lola, Tara, or Leota, if you are going to drop out. You are allowed to drop out risk free before the 1st artist check in (June 20th). However, please note that if you drop out by the second check in (July 20th) or do not submit the first two check ins, and do not have a valid reasoning, we might bar you from future exchange events altogether. Valid excuses are things like mental health issues, family concerns, medical issues, etc. A valid excuse is not "I took on too much" or "I had finals" or "I got artist block." Please note that if you drop out during those early check ins, the mods have to either step in themselves to complete the art piece or ask someone to volunteer to do a 2nd one. We just ask you please respect everyone's time! Thank you. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices explanation: In order to make sure every writer has an artist and that one story doesn't end up with multiple artists while another has none, we're using a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice system. We will try to give everyone their first or second choice, but in the event that the story you chose as your first or second already has an artist, we will pair you up with your third choice.
