Zebra cookies
Ingredients:
3/4 cupsFlour
1/2 Sugar (brown or white)
1 egg
Coco powder (3 teaspoons, but you can add more if you like)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Salt (about a pinch)
Chocolate chips (as many as you like)
White chocolate chips (as many as you like)
Steps:
1: Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Then preheat the oven to 325 degrees (F).
2. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium size bowl. Then, in another bowl (large) mix together the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, and mix until just combined.
3. Add in the chocolate and white chocolate chips, and is until just combined. Then add the coco powder and mix until your batter looks like zebra stripes.
4. The new use two tablespoons to put the batter on the baking sheet. Recipe makes 9-12 cookies. Set the cookies in the oven for about 15 minutes.
5. Cookies should be crispy in the inside and soft in the middle. Let them cool for ten minutes. If there are any leftovers store in co trainer that doesn’t let air in.
