Pretty much what I was thinking. For all its faults as a movie series, Ice Age’s designs are way more interesting and just more appealing than what TGD had.

Also from just taking a quick look through, TGD’s art book was almost entirely art presented without any commentary. Like, I want to know why you designed all the characters the way you did!
