An Essay on Link’s Gender as a long-time Zelda fan
Twilight Princess link is a horse girl in the way that he is a soft-hearted country boy. If he could take selfies they’d all be of him holding fish but that’s because he’s shy and can’t conceive of taking a picture of himself in any other context
BOTW/TOTK link is a horsegirl in the way that he is an absolute truck freak. his pick up truck is beaten up and is essentially a ship of theseus that he’d handfeed sugar cubes if he could. He LOVES oil.
Windwaker link is just a freak without the truck. He also takes the selfies holding a fish but he uses the fish to try to lure and catch a seagull afterwards. He also runs up the stairs on all fours
Skyward Sword link is a horse girl without the horse. Born in the wrong generation. He is so brave and jumps off ledges really high up because they haven’t invented horses yet and the adrenaline is the only thing that fills the equine shaped hole in his heart.
OoT/MM link is a horse girl pure and simple. He draws them on his journal and sighs.
What kinda movies would midna/zelda and Jenny/Vega watch in your opinion?

Honestly, I can just imagine Midna and Zelda sitting down to watch a scary movie bc they heard that is what you watch on dates, but they both end up making fun of it the whole way!! But they have lots of fun and laughs, it’s super cute. ;v ; Also imagine one of them gasping, being genuinely surprised by a twist, and the other thinks it’s so cute.... I feel like Zelda would be the type to genuinely get super absorbed in a movie though, if they’re watching something cool, and Midna tries to talk but Zelda is like shH!! She is glued to the screen.
Oh man, Jenny and Vega would definitely watch so many romantic movies together... But they probably get distracted by one another during the bad ones!! They make fun of them together but then just get lost in conversation and they are sweet and cute aaa... I feel like Vega is also the type to get absorbed in movies, especially Earth ones since they’re so new to her!! But she’s not the shH type, I feel like she would ask Jenny a million questions, and then they get answered like right after she asks them. She is trying her best to “get” Earthling cinema.
