Surprise people day. . . I have to use pen and paper I can’t do those online schedules. . I like to text my clients so I can get a better feel for where they are, they can ask questions, address issues....so I use a schedule book..... . Welllllll today I forgot it..... so I stayed at work from 8 to 8 and just hung out and waited for people to show up. . It was a long day but a fun one. . Something in me just let go of all the pressure of thinking about all the things we trainers think of before our clients come in. . I just let the day happen. .
