"Welcome to the Good Ship Dipshit" is a good introduction to all books by Chuck Wendig. Zer0es is awesome so far
Chuck Wendig’s new cyber-thriller, Zer0es, throws together a ragtag group of hackers who have each been sentenced to hard time for their online crimes – unless, of course, they agree to undertake a secret mission.
Reviewer Jason Heller says, “It's not an easy task to make a sitting-and-typing session feel nail-bitingly tense, but Zer0es' high-octane blend of nervy characters, dark humor and bristling dialogue carry the day.”

I was contacted by the producers of ZEROES, a new web-series TV show (in production), and they are looking for a transgender female actress. See below....
Webseries ZEROES (currently in production) is looking for a transgendered (sic) actress identifying as female for character Iris Reynolds. Iris is the sister of main character Craig Reynolds.
She will be introduced the first season, and will become a regular starting in the second season. Ms. Reynolds will evolve from villain's assistant to hero, and from a recurring character to a main character by the third season.
It is vital to the writers that the actress be transgendered (sic) and have avoided attracting cis interest to the role. The character's presence will involve some discussion of trans acceptance and struggle, but it is important to note that this is just one of the elements in this character, who is also sister, friend, working woman, villain then hero.
Though the writers are cisgendered they have been working with transgendered (sic) colleagues to ensure that the character is properly portrayed. They are committed to avoiding the trappings that are so often faced in trans portrayal (invisible trans, trans as comedy, making the transition process a storyline in of itself - transition happens off-screen before character introduction).
Ms. Reynolds was originally meant to be a second season reveal, but we are ready to introduce her to the world. In addition to acting, the writing team is interested in having the actress involved in writing sessions to discuss her struggles and assist in making the character her own.
