The Empty Bottle
Alice walks into the bathroom to shower. She goes to get her hair products to realize….someone had used up all of her hair conditioner. The hyena’s ears flick up and down as she comes into terms that her most important hair product had been used…and no one told her. She chuckles as her entire playful mood has been replaced with something else entirely. Alice with her hair still undone charges out of the bathroom and enters the room where both Team’s DARK and ZBRA are in, “HEY!” The angry hyena’s tone even makes Duran jump as everyone turns around and looks at her, “What the shit?” Kira adjusts her glasses as she looks at the faunus in question noticing her hyena ears are drop, “Alice! Why are you yelling?!” Rena Rena raises an eyebrow as she looks at Alice’s hair, “And why is your hair undone? You’d normally have it-” Alice cuts off Rena Rena by raising her empty bottle of hair conditioner showing it to everyone in the room, “What is this?” Brianna looks at the bottle realizing what it is, “That would be a bottle of hair conditioner.” “An empty…bottle….of hair conditioner.” Alice asks, “How much does this cost?” Kira shakes her head, finding it ridiculous that Alice is fussing over a bottle of hair conditioner, “5 lien? Alice please, you can easily-“ Alice chuckles at Kira’s answer and statement, the chuckling even threw Zeleaf for a curve, “5 lien?…Haha. 5 lien, of course an Atlas person would say something like that. Expensive is just cheap to you.” Kira quickly leans up from her spot on the couch in shock, “Excuse me?!” Duran waves down Kira, “Ah, Kira. I don’t Alice is in the mood this time.” Alice looks at the bat eared faunus Rena Rena, “Rena Rena….how much does this bottle cost?” Rena Rena looks at the bottle and back at the angry hyena holding it, “I’d say about 15 lien.” ”15 lien. With an extra 3 lien for both shipping and handling since the stores here in Vale either don’t have it or always out of stock! Who used up my hair conditioner and didn’t tell me?!” Duran gets up and raises his hands, “Alice listen-“ The hyena question looks at him with a death glare. It was enough to actually send shivers down his spine as he sits back down, “-I ain’t touch it.” Kira followed suit seeing the different mood in Alice this time, “I didn’t touch it.” Rena Rena goes back to her book to defend herself, “I got my own.” Ross just shrugs his shoulders as he continues to sit in his meditative position, “I’m allowed to use it. So I’m good.” ”No one…..really?” The hyena then realizes that a certain someone has been uncharacteristically quiet this whole time. Her hyena ears drop as she quickly turns to the most likely suspect, “ALEX!!” Everyone turns to Alex…who has been sitting quietly this whole time….with drops of sweat running down his face as he tries not to make eye contact with her. ”Alex?” The spearman of Team ZBRA takes a deep breath and looks at Alice as he answers weakly, “…Yes?” That was all the hyena needed. She quietly nods and looks at Rena Rena, “Do you have hair conditioner?” ”Yeah. Follow me.” Rena Rena quickly gets up and leads Alice to the bathroom. Alex takes a breath of relief…only for Duran to look his way with a straight face, “You’re screwed.” Alex looks at Duran confused, “What?” The red haired boy starts putting on his headphones and leans back on the couch, “Take it from someone who grew up with mostly women buddy. Don’t touch the hair conditioner.” Zera looks at the doomed boy next to her as she moves away from him, “There is a scorned woman planning a prank for you buddy. You got big bullseye on your back.” ”Hahaha. Come on, this is Alice we’re talking about! She wouldn’t do anything like that, right?” Alex’s words fell on deaf ears as everyone looks away from the poor boy. The spearman of Team ZBRA is alone. And not even fate knows what is in stored for him. ”….Right?!”
