ZERO-SUM by sayu!
Funky bastard man comming up as a single post for @bruneburg <333
My daughter and I are mourning Agent Pendrell as we watch Zero Sum. Seeing Mulder’s frustration dealing with this new guy makes it hurt even more. 💔
No Loveless again..
But the good news is Library Cross manga is still on going, \ovo/ even though the game is closing down i’m glad to see it still running, maybe there’s hope for the anime after all. <333
Aaaaaaaaand A3!!!!! HAS A MANGA TOO NOW!!!!! :D (well.. a summer troupe special manga anyway?) its on the front cover. :) Muku is on the front <3 (not at the VERY front of it but he is not stuffed at the back. :) i’d say he is second in line alongside with.. oh i forgot they’re name... the one with green hair.))
But yes... anyways.. be it the truth i thought i was not going to check the zerosum page /post this post... cause i thought i’d be to concerned of the Valkyrie CD being released, expecting it to be to be today XD but it got released early (and i totally forgot about Japan being ahead of time) so it got released around about.... Monday time for me (i think so anyway? im only guessing cause they took the preorder thing down Monday (Tuesday for Japan) but shipped yesterday, and... i still forgot about Loveless (ahh bliss time to not be worried about it for once) up until the point before i went onto the page and then WHAM got sucked right back in. )))
Anyways.. i will go back to fangirling over Valkyrie now.... and hoping the album will come soon. XD (or maybe just draw Muku? damn his hair is HARD though... yes.. harder then Mefy’s.... but truth be told i did attempt drawing Muku a long time ago so who knows.. i might’ve improved by now...? (and it was a very long time ago... before i drew chibi’s i think..? cause i drew a headshot of him...)
Critical Condition
Drowning.
It always felt like drowning.
Even after ten years, Kadenja Toriet always opened The Altar with water in his lungs. It bubbled and frothed from his mouth with the desperation of breathing, the necessity of obedience under guise of miracle trickery, survival treason.
He used to fight and claw to clear his lungs, to ease the hemorrhage in his thorax that pressed ever inward. The pressure used to crush him, disintegrate the pleura that held his parts in human form. These days, however, he understood he was a vessel. He was simply a book and every sermon was a reading etched into his sleepless body, his somatoform mind.
In his executioner's arena turned theater replete with last resorts and dead ends, he opened his arms to the screams of an audience who only wanted half the story. They rose to greet him, upturned faces a field of red lit masks that shielded the world from their blood hungry mouths, their worship of the greatest cost.
“You are tired,” he lamented for his murderous flock with the weight of his body heavy in his voice. “You are sick. Your doctors can't fix you. They can't find that seed of suffering in your belly, can't fix the decay in your bones. This is your story they tell you. This is how you live the rest of your life. This is how you die.”
When the pyre exploded into a bonfire center stage and the music pulsed through the ring, Kadenja straightened to his full height, commanded them be comforted by this truth he'd composed, this book he was chained to, this magic he sold.
“I'm here to rewrite your story. So let's make a sacrifice.”

Populists of all stripes focus on zero-sum arguments because they’re easy to explain and emotionally appealing. Any toddler understands the idea of grabbing what someone else has; most adults prefer a situation where everyone gains.
Trump, Bannon, and the terrible lure of zero-sum thinking
Whatso Funny about this? - Home Let's start with the title "Zero Sum". It means (a game or situation in which whatever is gained by one side is lost by the other. We might also call this the capitalist ethic, whereby you gain by taking stuff away from your competition. But it's just a kid in a tub who hates to wash, you say. True but his rationalization is that the dirt never disappears. The act of cleaning merely transfers this dirt onto something else, such as the bathtub or the water. It's time to come clean and admit that all matter continues to exist somewhere, somehow. And THAT's what's so funny!
