If you put Skinner in anything that isn't the boxy 90's suits he wears to the office as they do in 'Zero Sum' it becomes apparent immediately that he's built with a shoulder to waist ratio akin to a Dorito. He could break CSM in half with his bare hands, probably. It's amazing.

4x21: Zero Sum

After having made a deal with the Smoking Man, Skinner has to do a bunch of dirty favors and cover up evidence for him.

Scully is in the hospital, so Mulder annoys the shit out of Skinner instead

"Smallpox bees" were being shipped as part of an experiment

Mulder figures out that Skinner was involved in the cover-up, Skinner confesses and tries to undo the harm

Is it wrong to say that Skinner has a big dumpy??

Skinner almost kills CSM, he doesn't wanna do his shit anymore

They were infecting children! This is fucked uppp

Score: 7/10

Watch it? Yes, although I'm not the biggest fan of Skinner episodes (and no Scully), this is one of the better ones. He's doing all this because he wanted to protect Scully and Mulder. It also develops the relationship between Mulder and Skinner.
