Zhen is a clever and mischievous corsac fox thief who is foiled by Po while attempting to rob the Hall of Heroes, and later goes on to help him defeat the Chameleon. Though as it turns out, she herself was working for the Chameleon, who had been so impressed by Zhen's pickpocketing and thieving skills that she took her in as a child so she could use her skills for her own benefit. She's wary and hesitant to trust others, and likes to use snarky jabs to get under people's skin, but show her genuine kindness and she'll be protective and loyal as can be.

Somehow I don't feel Zhen's hug was as earned or as meaningful as Tigress' hug

My retake on Zhen's design cuz yea unfortunately her design sucks as much as whoever picked her voice actor (sorry but she just does not do a good job in certain voice acting positions). I have given her double eyebrows because she needs them, and I kept her overall fashion choices because they don't bother me. Her personality in concept is interesting but there's definitely flaws that should've been fixed to give her more oompf as less of that artificially quirky feeling. I'd go on about the movie because I love the KFP series and wanted the fourth movie to at least be decent but we'd be here forever, perhaps another post.
