The Language That Requires a Pangolin Hat
So, apparently, there is this glorious creation - “kay(f)bop(t)” - A constructed language created by Daniel Swanson whose goal was to incorporate many of the ideas at @badconlangingideas into a “functioning” language. I just want to point out some of the glory of this language for y’all: - Every syllable requires you to wear a hat and this is marked by (f), (t), (b), or (p). These hats are the fedora, top hat, baseball cap, and a pangolin cap, respectively. If you lack pangolin headwear, then you may substitute it with a turkey hat, though you will not be considered trustworthy. - The full name of the language is kay(f)dan(f)san(t)ap(t)vlir(t)sang(b)es(p)u(t)vom(b)ngag(t)vlim(p)kay(f)sna(f)kay(f)ga(f) bop(t)veg(p)daf(f)shof(b)*om(p)vlim(p)ga(f)vlim(p), which roughly translates to “Limited expected inedible undying epic language worth less than $10″. - The language also includes a phonemic “faciomanual percussive”, ie. a facepalm. - When translating the biblical story of the Tower of Babel, as seen here ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KTkXeE_c1DE ), it should also be noted that, due to an amount of ambiguity found in the roots and markings, the Babel text also translates to... Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up”. *slow clap* https://crazyninjageeks.wordpress.com/2015/11/28/introduction-to-kayfdanfsantaptvlirtsangbesputvombngagtvlimpkayfsnafkayfgaf-boptvegpdaffshofbompvlimpgafvlimpgaf/
