The other day I suddenly got the urge to draw fanart for Disney's film Dinosaur since I've never actually done fanart for it before. Probably Disney's most experimental film out of their Experimental Era. While I did eventually watch the VHS a lot as a young child, my first experience was seeing it in the theaters which didn't last long because I got scared and started crying so we left early (I was 3 so I can't really remember but I'm pretty sure it was the meteor shower scene). Also for a long time as a kid I thought lemurs actually did coexist with dinosaurs cuz of this film lmao.
Anyway here's Aladar, Neera, Kron, Bruton, Plio holding baby Aladar and then the whole lemur family. I really wanted to include Eema, Baylene and Url but unfortunately I ran out of room. My goal was to make this in the style of Disney's 2D animated films but I kept worrying that I was making characters resemble my own style instead (then again Disney has always been one of the biggest inspirations for my art so....). I hate drawing with colored lineart I'm ngl lmao.
