In poche poche parole questa frase siciliana significa: “Faccio ciò che mi piace fare”.

‘Nzoccu è un pronome che deriva meramente dal latino e che può essere anche scritto Soccu, Zoccu, Nsoccu. 

Prima di assumere la sua forma attuale, ‘Nzoccu veniva scritto “Ssu hoccu” o “zo chi”, condividendo una certa somiglianza sia con il pronome latino “ecce hoc”, che significa «ecco questo», che con quello quello francese “ce que”.

In short this Sicilian sentence means ‘I do what I like doing’.

‘Nzoccu is a pronoun that merely comes from Latin and that can be also written Soccu, Zoccu, Nsoccu.

Before taking its current form, ‘Nzoccu’ was written ‘Ssu Hoccu’ or ‘Zo chi’, bearing a stricking resemblance to the latin term “ecce hoc”, which it means behold that, and french ‘ce que’.
