Iwaizumi with big hams for hands that have chewed nails and get sweaty when he’s nervous so as a first year he was constantly rubbing his hands on his uniform before a game 

Iwaizumi hiccuping and snorting slightly when he’s laughing, Iwaizumi singing in a perfect gruff baritone, Iwaizumi playing with all the animals he met on the street, Iwazumi glowing with happiness

Apparently I knew more about Akio (Tobio's twin in the Kageyama Family) then I did any canon characters when I first started reading the manga. I still haven't finished the anime. "Omg but I bet Tobio ranted for dayyysss about Hinata when they first got to karasuno and Akio was just like yeah yeah just kiss him already. And Tobio was all offended but then started thinking about it and was like that's not a bad idea. And then when Tobio finally actually brought Hinata home, Akio was just like I called it. And that is the story of how Akio is totally a seer" Also I find it cute that I called Tobio by his given name before I had even read the manga. But I still called Shouyo by his last name at that point. It's kinda weird reading the switching.

Alright now starts my bout of kageyama family headcanons. 

The Kageyama Family is one overarching headcanon that Kageyama Tobio has 16+ siblings, and there are many sub headcanons, including Daichi being Kageyama’s 4th Uncle, Kiyoko being his cousin, Oikawa’s nephew being his nephew, and various other ideas.

I was kind of reluctant to post them since the idea came from a big haikyuu headcanon blog, imaginethehaikyuukids, but I think as long as I give everyone credit I should be fine. This post will have all the links and such, but all posts will be tagged with the creator of the character, kageyama family, and imaginethehaikyuukids

So there are some main contributors to the kageyama family, other than the original blog.

First up is anywayimnikki who runs the askkageyamafamily blog where she answers any and all questions about the family to the best of her ability. Before she ran askkageyamafamily, she ran an ask blog for Keiko, the younger sister who is closest in age to Tobio. When it was accidentally deleted, she created the family version.

Second up is my best friend ZodiacLeopard, who actually helped me come up with half the headcanons here, or at least has heard them before all of you. They run the askthekageyamatwins blog, which features Tobio and his identical twin, Akio.

And thirdly there is Xankyou, who created Hiroto and his band mates. They don’t have a specific ask blog, but there is art they made.

Ok and I’ll mention myself since I’m running kageyama family week (with help from anywayimnikki and zodiacleopard) and have written two fics featuring them, so if you want to check out my main blog, it’s actualscienceside 

Of course, you can find most of the headcanons on the imaginethehaikyuukids blog, and pretty much everything else on one of the other four blogs I mentioned. Also the whole concept is fantastic.
