I just found out there's a colored version of Zolushka (1947)!

I've only watched it in black and white, and I can't wait to watch this version. It looks so dreamy ❤️

Yesterday I showed my mom a picture of Yanina Zhejmo as Cinderella in the 1947 Russian film.

Because of her pale face and her heavy-lidded eyes, my mom thought she looked like the Ghost of Christmas Past from The Muppet Christmas Carol.

That was a response I never expected.
