So, I just started this exercise app called Zombies! Run and I kid you not I've only played one mission and I think it's the best thing to happen to people like me who have a hard time motivating themselves to run. In it, you listen to a story and different characters talking to you, and you run missions to collect supplies and ofc, run. You can also toggle random encounters with zombies that you have to physically run away from in real life in order to survive, and the fight or flight is really effective. I'm relatively unathletic and I ran a mile and a half in twenty minutes. It's amazing. Go use it.
I've started jogging again! Just finished episode 4 of Zombies!Run. My shortest run so far but my quads were dying after yesterday lol. Disgustingly, I was awake at 7am this morning, and out running at 8. How dare I. I'm not a morning person!

Breakkie: egg and tomato on toast
Lunch: pesto pasta with Mediterranean veg and hummus
Dins: halloumi, pita, tzatziki and salad (and some of my gf's pita!)
Exercise was a 5.5k with zombies run this morning (I got up at 6am to run - can you believe)
Also had some more ice-cream after lunch 😋

I just got my zombies run comic of jolly alpha five niner! It’s great and I love it but my only complaint is that in the comic they designed runner 5 (aka you) as obviously being a man. Like to me anyway they look like a man. I wish they would have designed the character in the comic so that it really was impossible to tell if they are male or female!
I have this head-cannon that Runner 5 has been keeping a log/Journal/Diary since the zombie apocalypse began. And since coming to Able she’s been taking photos with a Polaroid camera Sam gave her, and keeps them in her journal.
Runner Five is running around in my head!!!!!! Look at her goooooo!! 👏
