This one was relentless with the comedic zombie action 🧟‍♂️ 😅 Dutch(ish) film but half-spoken in English. Great setup where this chick is going to a plastic surgery clinic to get a breast reduction (lol) and all hell breaks loose. Tons of blood, guts and gore, great pace, fun characters, some good kills, solid zombie makeup, and a few bonus elements that just kept bumping this one up higher in points for me. Overall I gotta give it a 7.5 but damn close to an 8/10. (No complaints here. It's just to get into that upper echelon there has to be something especially unique or well done). A Shudder Original, but if you have a Dollar Tree near you go check their DVD section. Mine had a copy I picked up a month or two ago 🤘⚠️🤘

Pretty cool Zomedy, likable characters, cool cameos, nice locations. Zombies in general have been over done as of late, esp in comedies.

My man Bruce in a new retail holiday horror comedy, because there ain't many things more depraved than a Black Friday sales event, amIright? Heh. Lots of fun with cool zombie-themed makeup/masks and an added unique element to the hoarde that kicked up the wtf factor. Nice. Also a hell of a boss badie to top off the tale. I can't say it was as funny as I hoped it was...but I can say I was a bit distracted while watching so it might have been funnier than I realized. There's still a decent amount of laughs to be had regardless, and I liked the characters. Bruce's character was a bit bland (compared to Ash, but that's not a fair comparison...), but it's always good to see him doing his b-movie thang. Scooped this one up on DVD from Walmart and I'm stoked to have it in the collection. 6.5/10 with the possibility of a higher score after another watch to pick up what I missed on round one. Worth checking out 🧟‍♂️🤙

"Trooomiiies!" was their combination of the words tranny and zombies 😆 This was a lot of fun, man. The main tranny chick was hilarious, both in dialog and in acting. This one came out (straight to video, of course) the same week The Dead Don't Die came out. It's one of those knock-offs trying to capitalize on the bigger budget release, but, unlike 99% of those, this was actually worth watching. (Honestly, I liked this one more than the B. Murray & Kylo Ren flick. The humor in that one just didn't connect with me at all...) I actually saw this in Walmart when it came out, scoped the trailer, and was totally interested but didn't want to pull the trigger. Fast-forward to a few weeks ago when I came across it in the Dollar Tree and snatched it up. I remembered it looked funny but still wasn't really getting my hopes up (unlike how I did with its mainstream counterpart). Anyway, it's still trash and shouldn't be bothered with by most, but for those b-movie degenerates such as myself, this was a lot of fun. Decent kills, super cheesy zombie effects, purposely bad, cool grainy film editing, lots of laughs, about 20 minutes of "meh" where it got a little preachy about the struggles of gays, but mostly pretty steady and worth the time. I gotta gove this one 6.5/10 for the lowbrow gore, the lulz, and because if I give it a 7 no one would ever take me seriously again lol Streaming for free w/ adds on tubi, red box, and Pluto TV.

Some clips from one of my (embarrassingly) favorite comedy #gore flicks, Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead. Definitely not for the squeamish. And I'm not referring to the gore. There are some repulsively disgusting scenes in this flick involving shit and vomit. Fucking hysterical, tho. Tons of moronic fun. And some decent musical, singalong scenes too. A horrible, horrible movie that I absolutely loved. 8/10.

Going through the haul, separating the pristine copies from the the “eh” and the “😬” ones… Turns out nearly half of them have some streaks across the back that look like someone in that sweat shop across seas had them harnessed to a heard of school kids and dragged across the warehouse. Probably not a big deal to most bookworms but, as a comic geek I’m all about the condition my collectibles are in, so heads up: the cleanest copies of this limited edition will be going out first!

I know what you’re thinking... Or maybe I don’t, because this shit is so out there who knows what could be going on in your mind once exposed... But I gotta say: aside from how utterly disgusting the concept of shit-zombies is, this movie was fucking epic in its ridiculousness. These screens are just a tiny taste of the ensuing, imbecilic mayhem that shortly follows, and aside from some obviously repulsive shit that, quite frankly, may have gone a little too far... (lofl) the movie was a lot of fun and I enjoyed (almost) every minute of it. If you can handle, and enjoy, some horrendously distasteful humor, I’d say give it a watch. Other than the shit-zombie farce, there is plenty of fun, cheese-ball gore and goofy creature effects to give you what you paid for. That being said: I’d suggest you don’t pay for it. Heh. Not until you see it once, at least, like I did. And, if your sense of humor is anywhere near as devolved as mine, you may just find yourself wanting to add this silly piece of cinematic dung to your b-movie zombie collection. Or you might wanna send me hate mail and curse the day you ever hit the button to follow along... Either way I’d feel like I did my part in spreading this filth to the unsuspecting minority by helping to dirty-up your media feeds with something you may’ve never known. So my work here is done.
