I just read through the entirety of Savage Company, (an excellent -though still on-going- zootopia fan comic) and it has almost all of the things I figured zootopia 2 might have:
Wildehopps canon.
Nick being a sergeant.
Judy being a lieutenant.
A Predator Supremacist group as a counter-point to bellwether’s Prey Supremacist group.
Night howler-filled gas bombs, as an escalation from the original pellets.
Characters from the Zistopia concept.
Skye and Jack.

"I hope I am not interrupting anything important?"
Glinting predatory eyes were regarding Jack dangerously as the black furred panther stood in the doorway in a rather laxed manner, paws in his pocket and head slightly tilted as he waited for the stunned bunny's answer. Jack on the other paw had lost his composure completely. The bunny was trembling, his eyes wide and mouth agape in disbelief, his stomach churning as fear and unease began to settle into his small body. Jack's mind was running wild as he gripped the doorknob tightly until his knuckles turned white.
He had no idea how this mammal knew of his whereabouts, how this panther knew exactly where he lived. Judging my his relaxed stance and nonchalant greeting, Jack knew that the panther had found exactly what he was looking for, and he seemingly knew exactly where he would find it. It had been more than two years now, and Jack had thought he had left his past behind, he thought he was free from the sins he had witnessed. But it was well known that karma was a bitch. There had been always a tiny part inside of Jack's mind that knew that he would have to pay for what he had done sooner or later. And now it was time to pay off.
Glancing over his shoulder, Jack could see that Skye was seemingly way too focussed on the movie to notice his situation. The vixen's eyes and ears were solely directed at the TV, seemingly oblivious to Jack's dilemma. Proceeding to rather do outside of his home and away from his wife, Jack swiftly stepped out into the hallway before he silently closed the door behind him, his eyes not leaving the smirking panther for even a single second. As soon as Jack was sure Skye couldn't hear them, he glared at the panther before he turned and started to walk down the hallway, the panther following him closely. It was a tense silence, at least for Jack, as the two mammals silently descended the stairs until they exited the building, the two of them stepping out onto the cold night air.
Making sure they were alone as Jack glanced around the empty street, he spun around to glare at the panther as he hissed in a dangerously low tone, "What the hell are you doing here?"
"Isn't it obvious?" the panther regarded the bunny calmly, "I'm here so we can get you back to the Magnolia. We still have a lot to do, so you better hurry up before we waste any more time than we already have. You running away actually caused a lot of work to pile up."
"What makes you think I'm gonna go with you?" Jack asked, gritting his teeth as he took a step towards the panther, "You are monsters, you are murderers and criminals, and there's no way in hell I'm going back to that shithole, no matter what you're gonna say! Now leave me alone and don't you dare setting another foot into this building ever again."
The panther regarded the angry bunny for a few silent moments before his smirk broadened, his voice steady and calm, seemingly unmoved by the bunny's rage,
"I can see you have sealed the covenant of marriage," he commented, his glinting eyes falling upon Jack's wedding band. The bunny immediately tensed up as the panther continued, his voice disgustingly sweet as he talked, "What a wonderful tradition. Two mammals, sealed through the bond of love and everlasting trust. What was it again? In prosperity and adversity? Until death... do you apart?"
Jack continued to glare at the feline as he bowed slightly down to his eye level, a mischievous glint in the panther's eyes as he continued,
"You have to understand me, I have the utmost respect for the principle of marriage. There is no greater shame in breaking such a bond. Now, you would do both of us a real favor in coming with me. You finish the work you have started, and I'm not forced to kill her. So what will it be? Either you come with us and she will live, or you can dismiss my offer and I am forced to take her instead. All I want from you is a little cooperation, no?"
Jack's blood froze as he listened to the feline's malicious words, his knees trembling and body paralyzed as he could do nothing but stare at him with wide eyes. Ears hanging limply behind his head, the words echoed again and again through his head like a broken record, playing a never ending song of agony and nightmares.
His life was over. The life he had yearned for, the life he had been looking for so passionately. All of it seemed to be crumbling down into a pile of rubble and debris as he regarded the still smirking panther. He had given him an ultimatum, a dilemma he could impossibly choose from. He was forced to live a life full of crime and atrocities, or otherwise his wife, his Skye would have to pay for something she had nothing to do with. This was his fault. This was his problem, and Jack would be damned if Skye would have to deal with the repercussions he had caused.
Shaking off the initial shock, the bunny clenched his fists as he glared at the feline. He was beyond furious and tempted to just beat down this damn panther for invading and ruining his life. But he knew he had to be careful about this, he couldn't be reckless. He needed time to think..
"This is quite a lot you demand from me," Jack spoke up after a moment, "Can I at least sleep over this?"
Fortunately, the feline just flashed his signature toothy smile, causing Jack to visibly relax as the panther answered, "Of course. I absolutely understand how grave this decision might be for you, so I'm willing to give you all the time necessary to make up your mind. Here's my number, call me when you're ready."
He gave him a familiar business card which Jack hesitantly accepted.
With that the panther bid his adieu as he rounded Jack and started to walk down the empty streets. Jack followed him with his eyes until the dark figure of the feline eventually disappeared around the corner, causing the bunny to let out a weary sigh of relief.
Despite what Jack had said, he had already made his decision...

While last time i did have some fun, this time i’ll show some of the NPCs planned for the story. By this i mean characters that currently doesn’t have a storyline of their own and only shows up in other’s storylines. Also i have to point out these are early drafts that could change later when the story is better structed.
Well it’s time to showed up some of the NPCs:
Note: If after the character’s name there is another character’s name in a parathensis it means the character is currently planned to show up only on certain storylines
Emitt Otterton(Judy/Nick)
A otter in his mid’s 30 who has been missing for almost 1 year. His wife has going to the ZPD almost daily looking to see if there has been any update on the case of his husband’s disspereance.
One day Judy Hopps, asks to be assigned to the missing case but founds a lack of information, with the best she found was that Otterton’s last known location was an arena where a fighting tournament hosted by the LH Corp happened. Apparently Otterton participated and had a private match with the host Lionheart and then left the place and he has never seen ever again.
Judy decides she needs to talk to Lionheart to heard what happened but seems that the only way to do it is by participating and winning the tournament that will take place in the following days so she decides to participate to found out what happened
What happened to Otterton and where he is currently located? His dissappereance was random or just the beginning of something else?
Renato Manchas(Judy/Nick)
Mr Big is a powerful mouse who used to be a chairman in the LH Corp but one day he was suddenly fired of his position without any explanation. Ever since he is feeling something wrong is going to happen in the martial arts tournament hosted by the Corp so he decides to send his most trusted employer, a security officer known as Mr Manchas to check the tournament.
Manchas is an skilled fighter that knows a fighting style known as Systema, where he uses his natural reflex and movement to use the opponent’s momentum against themselves throught strikes and grapples in the opponent’s pressure points.
Manchas will be able to found if something bad is happening?
Leodore Lionheart
Lionheart is the current CEO of the LH Corp, a company that had entrepreneur into several bussiness like medicine, household appliances and recently sports and training equipment. After he took the position he proposed a martial arts tournament, claiming that is to promote their sports equipment but some suspect he wants to fight sense he also said he would fight whoever wins the tournament.
Even since he was young Lionheart has practiced various styles of martial arts but from all the ones he has learned his favorite and the one he uses the most is is Wrestling, since with his strength he can deal a lot of damage with his throws, grabs and holds.
Regardless of some rumors surrounding the tournament, Lionheart is excited for wanting to see who will face this year as he starts training, leaving the semantics of the tournament to his assistant Bellwether just as usual.
Mysterious Bull (Clawhauser)
A bull who wears a mask and uses an alias is entering the tournament, no one knows for certain why he is partcipating since he doesn’t speak with anyone, well anyone who is not a certain Cheetah.
The bull seems to use Krav Maga, a military based fighting style he uses to try finish combat as quickly as possible employing strikes to hit opponents in weak spots.
Whatever his reasons are to participate, everyone should be careful of this powerful bull.
Bobby Callmut (Gideon)
A 28 years old cougar who know both of Judy Hopps and Gideon Grey back when they were kids in the Bunnyburroughs. As a cub he always loved music so much he decided he will become a professional musician. Now trying to accomplish his goal he will try to participate in the upcoming martial arts tournament to get the money he needs.
Bobby fights using Capoeira, a fighting style he initially learned thinking it was a sort of dance, which thanks to his own sense of rhythm he can use his legs to confuse his opponent and hit his opponents
What will happen when he encounters with one of his old bullies of his childhood iin the ring?
Skye (Jack Savage)
Skye is a female fox who is Jack Savage’s partner who has worked alongside the bunny for quite so time ago. In contrast to Jack’s seriousness, Skye is outgoing and cheerful, which Jack initially found annoying but overtime he found her quite endearing.
One day after returning from a solo mission, Jack returns to discover that Skye has gone MIA during an inflitration mission, where she tries to cover some info on the LH Corp, located in the city of Zootopia, related to the apparent dissapereance of various martial artists after a tournament the corporation does in the city.
Jack decided to participate in the tournament itself as a way to found the missing animals and if is possible Skye too.
Well i hope you have enjoyed what i written so far, i want to say thanks to @baronpuddinsplace who created the original art and also have help giving me some ideas. Also want to say thanks to @viperwolf1992 who has help me a lot with the setting.
i think if judy, nick, skye and jack ever met most of them would get along somehow. judy and jack would have mutual admiration for each other while nick and skye would be buds bc. I DUNNO i just can really see it. they'd vibe together so hard but nick and jack would NOT. vibe together. there's no animosity but i think they'd both be like "oh we have Nothing to talk about"
