They are under the "List of Unnamed Characters in Season 1" section of the wiki, and the actresses are listed there, but the characters they play are just titled "Zsasz Henchwoman #number"

Headcanons

Reader is always black unless I say differently (I don’t specify anything tho)

SFW, employee/employer relationship, killing, hints @ torture - fem!platonic!reader

You only apply because you’re in Gotham. You were either working for a villain on the down low or you were working for them up front, but you always gotta eat.

You’ve got the training but absolutely none of the mob experience.

Victor’s initiation program is incredibly intimate.

You have to both be able to work seamlessly around the other girls/him and be proficient in combat & firearms.

Now, as is so frequently hinted at in the show, Victor can break/brainwash people.

I don’t see how you become a Zsaszette without some breaking in by him. You might come to him fucked up and hurt, but the little bits of your morality left that could get in the way of you carrying out a kill order have to go.

And he’ll terminate whatever urge you have that would mess with you appropriately taking orders by both torturous and incentivized means.

If you’re too hard to teach or break he’ll just turn you away (and then kill you of course).

Even though you technically work for Zsasz you still have to take directions from Falcone (though he rarely ever gives them to any of you directly).

Victor’s not right in the head, but he does care for you all and once your loyalty is secure I firmly believe that he has nights out as a team.

Part of working as a successful tight-nit unit is trusting everyone to have your back and liking them to boot, so he’s a big supporter of hanging out.

You know that problem that most villains tend to have with their hench people where they treat them horribly and then get turned on? Victor’s methods and leadership have the exact opposite effect.

He’s lovely with you all considering how violent your profession is, and in turn he has your undying affection and respect.

Unlike most Boss’s in the city he also genuinely cares about you all. If you get hurt him and the other women will fuss over you like crazy when they’re not busy.

And if you get killed they do mourn your absence. Victor sees the Zsaszettes like extensions of himself so he takes your death personally.

Whoever killed you is in for a lot of hell too. Victor and the other girls will find them, and they’ll make it slow.

So for context, these are the Zsaszettes in question:

There are a couple men that work with Victor but for this ask and just in general, most of the henchmen working for Zsasz are women.

So… three headcanons (plus a bonus)!

Zsasz maintains a professional relationship with them.  No romance is involved whatsoever but there is more or less some flirting that occurs but nothing comes of it.  We get a lot of hints though in the show that Victor is very protective of his girls to the point where he will berserk on someone’s ass if they kill one of the women.

They usually tell him not to go freaking overboard with all the scars he carves on himself and will go out of their way to make sure he doesn’t

So the two Zsaszettes with the most screentime are the two in the first picture.  I’ve decided that their names are (from left to right) Gwendoline and Violet and from just itty bitty bits with them in the background doing stuff, they’re kinda like Query and Echo.  Pretty nonchalant about most things but also enjoy heckling him when they’re not doing a job.  He does it back and those three are a pretty tight knit group.

After the bridges collapsed, I headcanon-ed that there are a couple Zsaszettes still on the island but Zsasz pretty much does all the patrol stuff himself because hey he can and he also has free range roaming and an unlimited supply of snacks so… in your face.
