No one understands that whenever I see myself in a photo, in a shop window, a mirror, anywhere, all I can think is 'i look so disgusting'. I want my friends to know so much about my eating habits, but I feel like they'll laugh at me because I'm EDNOS and I'm ''too fat to have an eating disorder''. Today I drank water, and the only food I managed to keep down was one skittle, you don't understand how guilty i feel for even eating that. I'm sorry to put this in your ask, but I needed to vent too.
