My illustration of how to make a wild Violet oxymel. After all it’s March, and the little fragrant purple flowers are arriving with their deep floral perfume. The oxymel is used to boost our immune system, it’s one of the oldest health remedies. They used to make them 4000 years ago in Ancient Greece
