I don’t see that happening. His career will never be as prosperous as it used to be. There’s this continues feeling of stagnation and I don’t see that changing again. The reason is that there’s not many offers being made for him. No one really is looking to hire him in their films and those who do get turned down my him. He‘s really bad at making decisions. There’s been roles that could‘ve brought him success but he ended up turning them down. Missing opportunities is a pattern that he will be repeating in the future as well. Truthfully, I don’t see him turning a new page. He’s going to be criticised by the public no matter what happens.

What advice I would give you based on your message is to look for a therapist. Often times our bad habits are tied to deep psychological blockages going back to our childhood. It’s usually very difficult to change your habits because in most cases you’d have to change the person you are. This takes great effort - and a lot of shadow work/therapy. You’re not the only one struggling with this issue! This may sound counterintuitive but using kindhearted affirmations for yourself can do wonders. Criticising yourself won’t help as much as being gentle with yourself! Try to be your own biggest fan and see how much easier it is to be confident in your abilities! HEESEUNG LEAVING ENHYPEN - A TAROT READING

Author‘s note: This is going to be a very harsh reading and I will not sugarcoat anything. Do not read this if you‘re expecting a happy ending.

I‘m not the biggest fan of Enhypen but I’ve been supporting them since their debut. So, when I saw the news today I was beyond flabbergasted and I had to do some inspections myself… it doesn’t look good :’(

Why did Heeseung leave Enhypen?

Truthfully speaking, when I first saw the news and Heeseung's letter, I was thinking maybe he was kicked out for messing up, but these cards say he willingly left.

I see Heeseung having dreamed of a solo career for a long time now, but the decision to leave came abruptly (from Belift). Popularity wise, Heeseung felt like now was the right time have more solo activities (which Belift didn’t agree on). Being in Enhypen has been draining and borderline boring for some time now. These recent days have reignited a passion for music in him, and he is eager to walk the new path even if it's a difficult one.

Being an idol can be fun at first, but among the hierarchy of celebrities, idols are at the bottom and thus the least appreciated people in the industry. Heeseung wants to leave the idol image behind and become an artist who everyone can enjoy. He’ll want to collaborate with all these big artists inside and outside of South Korea to broaden his reach. Up until now, he wasn't able to take control of his career, and thus he feels like he's still lacking a lot of knowledge as a musician.

When the King of Cups fell out, I was a bit confused because the card represents a husband/father who has all the good traits, and then it hit me. Heeseung thinks he's the full package (not wrong, lol). He has everything a solo artist needs for a successful career: the looks, the personality, the talent, the experience, and, most importantly, the fans. Therefore, he is very confident in the decision he has made. Of course, he knows just how vital his role in the group is, but for the longest time, Heeseung has played the good older brother who always looks out for others first, and now he wants to focus on himself a bit more.

What is Belift‘s perspective on Heeseung leaving Enhypen?

Okay, this card combo is so bad, lmao. I have heard about Belift being bad, but they're borderline psychopathic.

Heeseung's been wanting to free himself from the group for some time, and the company has not been oblivious to it. They can see he needs freedom, a new start, something outside of being in a K-pop group. I see them having tried to convince him to stay within the group as it was, but he refused to listen to what they had to say. He wanted more solo activities and Belift didn’t. In the end, they made the decision to let him do more solo stuff on the condition that he also had to leave the group. I see them letting him go with a fake smile. Poor Heeseung is already feeling unstable and yet, he doesn't know what's heading his way. On the outside, the company seems to be happy with his passion, and from his perspective, he thinks they're rewarding him for all his hard work. People are encouraging him, even letting the fame and the expectations get to his head, but damn boy...they're laughing behind his back. They think he's an idiot for leaving Enhypen. They know things will not go his way, and they're actually delighted to see his downfall. The energy is that of an older sibling laughing at a younger sibling for not listening and then getting hurt. They're bitter about Heeseung leaving Enhypen, but they see a new chance to stir things up. In the following months, perhaps even years, there will be a lot of bad publicity coming his way. Belift (with the help of Hybe) will pull many strings and ruin Heeseung's image as a punishment for being a stubborn “brat.”

HOW DOES THE GROUP FEEL ABOUT HIM LEAVING?

I pulled a card for every member (not focusing on who gets what card), and let me tell you, three members are very happy for Heeseung to leave. The other three are very unhappy.

Seven of wands: Now, the card talks about fighting for what you believe in, being forceful, defensive, and just overall angsty. This member did not want Heeseung to leave, and it looks like he tried really hard to convince him to stay, and it probably spiraled into shifting blame onto one another. This person feels deeply betrayed. The image of the Seven of Wands shows a man with the seventh wand in his hands while the other six wands are stuck firmly in the ground. This member feels like Heeseung was just ripped out of the group.

Nine of Swords: This person is experiencing severe anxiety right now. They know so much chaos will come out of this decision made by Heeseung. This is the biggest “scandal” the group has had yet to face and the oldest member is not around to lean on. This person was also very attached to Heeseung, and they know how important he was to the group.

Four of Wands and Three of Cups: These two are celebrating, lmao. Don't come at me, but it looks like they're over this situation. Heeseung has wanted to go solo for some time now, and these two are like, “Go make your dreams come true.” He didn't want to stick around, and so there's no reason to force him to be a part of the group. These boys poured all their heart into making Enhypen the group it is today. Unlike Heeseung, they don't feel shame for being just idols. They are optimistic about the future and know that teamwork will keep them going.

The tower: Damn, this member has it the WORST. This person did not see this coming at all. Sure, Heeseung wanted to go solo, but they probably thought that would be after the seven-year contract ended. This person is very intuitive, and they know how this will play out for Heeseung and the group in the end. They think this entire situation is a disaster from which they will never recover.

Queen of Wands: Another strong-minded and optimistic person. They may have also gotten into an argument with Heeseung, but now they're ready to take control over this entire situation (kind of feels like Jungwon...edit: I meant Sunghoon, lmao). This member is mentally ready for this new chapter, and Heeseung leaving has given them a surge of energy. They have something new to prove, and they're thinking of this situation in a more humorous and laid-back way.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO ENHYPEN'S CAREER?

It's going to be a rough time. The level of fame and popularity that Enhypen had before Heeseung left the group will be difficult to uphold. Fans will naturally want to take a break from the group; others will completely leave the fandom. The results Enhypen used to get aren't as “good”anymore, and that's because the fans may not want to give Belift any of their money (possible boycotts incoming). The stagnation will be felt financially by the group and the company. Naturally, the company will force the members to overwork themselves to stay “relevant,” which is silly because they will objectively remain popular, but the company will be too busy comparing their past and future achievements. The members will be very frustrated with Heeseung, and that's because of how difficult it is to fill in his shoes. The feeling of abandonment will linger among the members, the company, and the fans. It could take a long time to overcome the sadness today's decision has brought everyone. The members will wonder just how long Enhypen will go on as a group because for a long while, the fans will not be very receptive toward what the group has to offer. There will be fewer fans reaching out, and the boys will have to be the ones to reach out. There's just a big cloud of negativity over the poor boys, and in order not to feel sad and angry anymore, they will try to repress their feelings. Detachment from Heeseung will be the main focus among the members. The company and the members (willingly) will pretend like Heeseung was never there to begin with. Much unwanted attention will come from the antis and sasaengs, who will spread rumors and secrets about Enhypen—the company will also spread some secrets. But even fans will try and look too hard into things for clues, which could throw things out of proportion. There could very well be legal action taken against all three mentioned groups of people, so be careful about what you post online! Please, as a fan, go and shower the group with love. They will struggle with self-belief, and they will ponder a lot on their future, which, right now, seems to be very confusing for them. There is a very strong possibility that some (if not all members) will not renew their contract after it ends. The focus is ultimately placed on the group's reputation and success. If it is bad, the boys and the company may give up on Enhypen.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO HEESEUNG'S CAREER?

It's bad y’all...none of his big dreams for his solo career will come true - well not any time soon and most certainly not under Hybe!!! It's going to be one piece of bad news after the other for him. Heeseung will be very regretful of the decision he made. In the future, he will look back on his younger self with great disappointment. He will realize this urge to go solo and to completely abandon the group was an impulsive decision and a false calling. While he's stuck in limbo, he will envy his members for their success without him and, deep down, he will want to return to the group, and he will miss how things used to be. As a solo artist, he will be cut off from his former members, and he will have no one else to lean on. Belift will definitely leave him hanging and at one point they will also drop him. The control, the initiative, the success that Belift promised him will be fully forgotten. Heeseung will become very reserved. Scrutiny will come from all corners at him and even his fans, who once loved and adored him, will slowly pull away. His talent will be WASTED. One chance after the other will be missed, and it's all because of Hybe/Belift. Heeseung will forever beat himself up, for believing his company wanted to actually support his solo career. Will Heeseung rejoin Enhypen someday?

No. Enhypen is part of the past and something only his former self had access to. From now on, Heeseung will be an outsider. The group will never want him back and so even if a reunion happens, you will never see Heeseung with the boys again. He simply has no place to return to and the members blame him for it. They will view him as a traitor and, so, naturally, they will stop talking to him completely. If Heeseung were to reach out to the members, he would be treated as a stranger, and he would be rudely told off. We have to see it from the members' perspective. Whatever the group stood for, Heeseung “threw away” and so what both sides stand for now is the opposite. Nevertheless, Heeseung will always be a part of Enhypen. The boys will simply view him as the older absent brother whom they have no respect for anymore.
