◇ TOT: 1 week for sketches, 1 month for a rendered character piece, 2 months for a piece with a complex background (including all edits, will try to do it faster)

◇ For sketches pay 100% upfront, for rendered pieces 50% upfront, 50% after the sketch

◇ Refunds are possible if I decide to cancel (I doubt I will but just in case) or if you decide to cancel when the artwork isn't finished yet (for example, you paid 100% for a rendered piece and cancel when only the sketch is ready, I'll refund 50%)
