Beyond the Horizon

Everyone has goals, aims and an objective. When you take the first step you map out where you wish to be. Today Takween mapped out its next steps and envisioned itself in the next 10 years. The entire staff sat together and spoke of where they see Takween in the next 10 years. We also watched an inspiring video on Steve Martin’s journey with apple and got energized about our goals and aims. In ten years you will see Takween where we envision it! Beyond the Horizon.

The Brinson Loft

Atlanta-based photographer Rob Brinson has had this loft studio in the King Plow Art Center, a former plow factory from the 1800s, for 23 years now. Today it’s the full-time studio space he always dreamed of when he first became a photographer. He and his wife, Jill Sharp Brinson, stylist, designer and creative director for Ballard Designs, lived there full-time for six years but now use the living spaces as a getaway and a crash-pad for friends and relatives.

Well Takween has found a way around that! Found a way for all designers to obtain all that information and ideas from all those magazines in a day! Every person will be selecting one magazine every week and by the end of that week we will have a magazine review! Everyone will tell others about the articles, ideas and tutorials they read in their magazines. In conclusion everyone will have acquired the knowledge of 10+ inspiring magazines in one day!
