With the growing discussion surrounding AI usage, I do want to say that: You have to be as angry about racism, harassment and toxicity on Simblr as you are about AI usage on Simblr, cuz I keep seeing people who are common in the friendship circles, or fan circles, of some of the most toxic creators we’ve put up with on here somehow decide that AI is the only thing they’re willing to take a stand on.

I’m sorry (not) but IMO, you can’t moralise about how evil AI users are when you yourself engage in equally-harmful bullshit - like when you call Palestinians scammers, or when you have your nose five miles up the asscrack of toxic creators who are too chicken-shit to face accountability and who hops blog usernames every single time their current one gets revealed.

If you’re racist and hate AI you’re still racist. If you’re a cunt and you hate AI you’re still a cunt. If you are a toxic creator and you hate AI, you’re still a toxic creator. AI hatred isn’t a sticking plaster for otherwise being an asshole or enabling said assholes.

You will call out how people support some AI users and not others. But I don’t think that’s entirely different from you licking the asses of toxic creators whilst trying to demand accountability from others. It’s still the same case of ‘some get away with it and others don’t’.

Some of you draw the line at AI but can excuse your fave CC creator’s history of incredibly shitty behaviour, and yeah you’re still an asshole if you let that slide if they have taken no real accountability for what they have done, or if they have been bigoted.

AI usage cannot be your SOLE gauge of someone else’s morality. You have to make sure you’re also as against harassment and bigotry as you are against AI. And whilst that does go for some of you, some of you have a very…interesting moral compass as to who gets away with what.

Also I think it’s important to state that if we going to hold AI users on Simblr accountable, we hold everyone to the same level of accountability for it. We aren’t going to hold creators of colour or trans creators to a higher standard of morality than we hold white or cis creators because I know what this fandom is like. We aren’t going to dry the eyes of white or cis AI-using creators whilst sending creators of colour and trans creators who use AI anon harassment…Because fandom has this kind of ‘golden ticket’ mentality whenever they get a ‘valid’ reason to go after people of colour and trans folks…as if there’s been a caged dog lurking underneath wanting to have a reason to treat marginalised people like shit in an ‘acceptable’ manner.

I hope this makes sense. This is not saying ‘let AI users get away with it’, it’s saying to make sure you also do not support harassment and bigotry whilst hating AI and to also not treat people who do use AI worse than a white : cis person doing the same thing. Some of you have no fucking leg to stand on moralising about AI when you carry out, or enable, shitty harmful behaviour from your besties!

Hey there lovelies! I was getting fed up of using the same counters in my kitchens and so I decided to do a little recolouring project of the Base Game - Bland Co Contemporary counters and cabinets. I love classic paintings so you will notice there’s quite a bit of van gogh and monet on them amongst other great art! 😅

What you need to know:

Both the counters and cabinets have 16 swatches (8 patterns & 8 solids) so you can mix and match!

If you have too many bright lights, the colours get a bit washed out so avoid using a lot if you can

Feel free to grab my texture files! (I have a blank saved if you need one)

And that’s about it! Have fun and feel free to tag me in any screenshots, I’d love to see how other people lay them out! 💕
