So I've been working on flushing out April's design and character and I think we now have an official April design ! The other designs will reappear so keep an eye out for them in the project !

okay so idk how many of you know about @talesofhamato it’s basically a project where a group of fans are working together to make 5 minute short episodes for a tmnt fan series , either way i’m currently working on casey jones’s design however i’m at a sort of cross road , i know i wanted him to be half indian but i’ve found two men i could model him after ; Hrithik Roshan ( x x x ) or Shamoy Persad ( x x x )
in the show he’s gonna be in his late 30′s to early 40′s and a total old school new york dad character who serves as a friend and street life mentor to april , he’s somewhat tech incompetent , likely a romance author , and honestly believes the boys are just furry kids . he doesn’t have any real family other than a secretive and distant sister and views april and the boys like family . he is a gay man .
i’m open for design suggestions as well ! feel free to IM me or join the toh discord !

The Opening scene starts with, cutting between the four turtles starting their journals,
Mikey Lying on his stomach on his bed holding up his head with his hand elbow resting on the bed while he kicks his legs slowly while writing,
“My Name is Mikey and this is My Diary! I’d say stay out but I’m a pretty cool guy.”
Donnie in his lab drinking from a coffee pitcher, maskless and dark circles under his eyes while writing angrily,
“This is my journal, My name is Donatello and I apparently have more time for a journal then I do for sleep.”
Raph crossing his arms and nervously looking back at the door while he writes,
“I’m Raph. This isn’t a diary. It’s a journal. Or something like that.”
Leo furiously writing while biting his tongue,
“I’m Leo, the leader and my brothers are INSANE!”
Mikey chewing on his pencil eraser before writing,
“Our family is a little… Strange…”
Scene changes to the brothers running across the rooftops.
Mikey “We’re four Teenagers.”
Raph “Mutant freaks.”
Leo “Ninja Brothers.”
Donnie “Bipedal Humanoid Turtles.”
Leo “And it’s our job to…”
Raph “Kick some foot clan chumps!”
Mikey “Be like Superheroes! And Have Fun!”
Donnie “Find out where we came from…”
Leo “Protect our City.”
The boys stop at a roof, standing on a building with a sky and city backdrop. They are seen as four black silhouettes with glowing white eyes. In the foreground there’s two foot robbers running with sacks as sirens go off.
A quick zoom in on The turtles faces and they all grin before jumping towards the camera. While this happens the turtles say in unison “And That’s exactly what we’re going to do.”
