Jade's Lessons by narelith (art by Iveechan)
“Ivee suggested that I write a little more about the lore of magic in Tabira, and so this story was born: something that blends the viewpoints of witches with the reactions of most Pokémon. At Tabira's inception, we wanted witches (rather than legendary Pokémon for example) to be the primary antagonists, but understanding what makes a witch led to magic, and expanding upon magic led to what these lessons describe. In the future, there might be more, to go with the number of witches out there!“
Ywaru Canyon by iveechan-art
“Everything about the land of Ywaru says "beware". It is an arid, rocky region where the most plentiful vegetation are tough shrubs, cacti, and thorns, some of which are highly poisonous to the touch. While the daytime is scorching hot, during the night it's bone-chillingly frigid.
Despite these harsh living conditions, scattered settlements exist in Ywaru, and the inhabitants are just as tough as the environment they reside in. Not surprisingly, outlaws are plentiful in Ywaru, though there are kinder people who specialize in creating antidotes and helping others in various ways.“

History of the Art Application

It’s a livejournal post because I don’t like the way tumblr handles images. It’s image-heavy, so be mindful of that.

Mosswood by iveechan-art
“What began as a Tracker outpost, Mosswood was eventually settled and evolved into a proper village. A "hub" of sorts for travelers, Mosswood is located near the center of the continent, and roads on all sides connect it to virtually everywhere else, however remote. It is highly trafficked by Tabiran traders coming from down the river with goods in tow, and the village itself marks the beginning of the eastern trade road.
Mosswood on its own is rather rustic, and is generally peaceful, with the occasional bandit appearing every now and then. Many of its residents merely seek a quiet retreat from the bustling, busy nature of Tabira. Perhaps because of this quietness, it is used as a home-away-from-home by many.”

Rivercross Acres by justlikesoup
“An expansive farmland located north of Tabira, Rivercross Acres was named because one must cross over a bridge to reach it. The food grown there help meet the demands of the rising population.“

“The second special installment of The Tabiran Informer. It seems like lots of strange things are happening everywhere, all of the time!“
A grown up Alice (iveechan)
Accounted For by narelith
“This is the last of the three stories that serve to set up Chapter 2! The other two can be found here and here. This story was written before we had the idea of visual novels in mind. It's exactly the kind of story that the format's useful for, I think; lots of dialogue, little action and only a few notable expressions. When writing a story for a group like this to set stuff up, dialogue is one of the cleanest ways to get information across!“
