This is why I don’t let my boys go places. They think I’m being overprotective but all it takes is a second, one second of panic from either side and my child could be gone. My son doesn’t do anything but play basketball, video game, and eat. He’s 6’3” with facial hair and he is still a child. He’s allergic to everything and very gentle. Never been in trouble, never got in a fight, doesn’t even curse. But I won’t let him walk in our nice neighborhood with his friends because all it takes is one phone call. They have us living in fear for real.
