Notes:

I previously uploaded a draft version of the Stark lineage; this is the final published version. Unlike the draft, this tree has helpful little roman numerals to designate birth order.

This is of course not the full 8000-year lineage of House Stark; it appears to begin some time after 101 AC, as it is missing Lord Ellard Stark, who voted for Princess Rhaenys in the Great Council of 101).

Some notable characters:

Cregan Stark was Lord of Winterfell during the Dance of the Dragons civil war (129-131). At the end of the war, he served a Hand to Aegon III for a day, presiding over trials and executions, in what became known as the Hour of the Wolf. Corlys Velaryon was spared a trial “by the machinations of Baela and Rhaena Targaryen, who convinced Aegon to issue an edict restoring to him his offices and honors, then by Black Aly Blackwood when she gave Lord Stark her hand in marriage in return for the boon of allowing Aegon’s edict to stand.” (Alysanne “Black Aly” Blackwood was one of the leaders of the Riverlander “black” forces, along with her younger brother Benjicot and the young lord Kermit Tully.)

Cregan’s son Rickon fought bravely in Daeron “The Young Dragon”’s Conquest of Dorne; his death in one of the final battles was lamented in the North in the years to come because of the troubles during the reigns of his half-brothers.

A Skagosi rebellion during the reign of Daeron II took the life of Lord Barthogan “Barth Blacksword” Stark.

c. 212 AC, Lord Beron Stark formed an alliance with the Lord of Casterly Rock to throw Dagon Greyjoy’s reavers back into the sea.

Raymun Redbeard, the last King-Beyond-the-Wall to cross the Wall, led an invasion of thousands of wildlings in 226 AC. At a battle at Long Lake, Raymun fought and died, but not before slaying Lord Willam Stark. When the Night’s Watch finally arrived after the battle’s end, Willam’s brother Artos (“the Implacable”, the most feared warrior of the age) gave them the task of burying the dead.

Rodrik Stark, “the Wandering Wolf”, served with the Second Sons mercenary company for a time.
