These delightful chocolate spread donuts are a delicious way to indulge in the rich and decadent flavors of chocolate. Any time of day, they are ideal for sating your sweet tooth.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup milk. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chocolate spread. Oil for frying. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Once a smooth batter forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir. Heat oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Spoonfuls of batter should be dropped into the hot oil and fried for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Donuts should be taken out of the oil and drained on paper towels.
