I think it's normal not to know everything about everyone, like none of my irl friends know what I write and that's fine. its fine to keep things to yourself, and being proship or enjoying dark fiction is not harming anyone

that being said I hope you're able to make other proship friends, if that's something you'd want!! it's great being able to talk to people about weird fiction without judgment and I'm sorry you feel you have to hide a part of yourself. you never deserve to be hated by people you care about because of a stance over fiction
