1. i stayed away from work email 2. i went for 3 nights without any anxiety dreams 3. i called my mom 4. i took a night off drinking 5. i made a drawing 6. i returned those phone calls 7. i played some music 8. i gave you a hug
i'm sorry, these days have been hard. at least there's summer heat and the ferry breeze. face into the wind & keep your eyes open. it'll make your eyes tear up, but it's worth it.
another return from juneau, home of my heart. i always come back with big questions about community & living authentically. how do i carry that swell of feeling into practice?
