Breaking the Mentality || Ryeowook and Tao ||
Ryeowook was taking a break. He leaned against a wall and stretched his muscles a bit. Oh, how he missed his suits, and all of his nice clothes but this would have to do for quite some time. He closed his eyes, mentally running through all the names. He adjusted his hoodie and stood up. “Alright. Time to get to work!” he exclaimed, to himself. He stretched his fingers and in mere moments, created an illusion. He had a preference to Alice in Wonderland as a child, so most of his illusions were Wonderland-esque in nature.
He quickly removed the illusion, hearing footsteps. Ryeowook looked around, his thoughts hoping that it wasn’t someone he had to catch. He looked up and smirked slightly seeing a familiar tall figure. When was the last time he saw him? Two, three years ago?
Tao. The precious silent assassin at the top of his list.
His ability just annoyed him to end. Not many could easily escape Ryeowook’s elaborate illusions and Taemin was one of those people who could. His eyes narrowed. “Well, well well…TaoTao~” he said, smiling sweetly at the younger boy. “Been a while, hasn’t it?’ he asked.
He he made sure the coast was clear before he headed out again. Taking that night to rest definitely did him well, the wounds he sustained from the day before completely healed over. His ankle was a little worse for wear still however, his slight healing ability only able to take care of the cuts and bruises over night. He needed more time before his ankle was good to go again, he thought, and he only hoped he wasn't going to run into anyone to hinder that.
He walked carefully through the shadows the buildings casted, trying to avoid being seen. Maybe he should have just stayed where he was for another night.
Hearing a familiar voice, and nickname, one he hadn't been called in years, he froze.
"Ryeowook." His eyes narrowed, and he frowned. He knew exactly what he wanted, and Zitao wasn't in the mood for it.
