Drinking Partners
i-am-the-kenpachi:
He frowned; having Yachiru carry him under normal circumstances was unpleasant. Having her carry him while on a sugar high would be downright torturous. Despite what some might speculate, he was no masochist, and he silently decided it would not come to that as he entered Matsumotoâs house.
Kenpachi took the glass with a grunt, tipping the edge to his lips. A noise that vaguely resembled content followed.
âNot bad; did ya nab some of Kyorakuâs secret stash?â he asked half-jokingly. The drink was good, and he finished the glass with a single gulp. As he reached for the bottle again, his curiosity got the best of him.
âThe hell kinda drinking games did you play with Abarai? Heâs a competitive son of a bitch,â he rumbled before the next drink.
Not that he was interested in them, of course. He was, however, poor at making conversation.
âOH the Human world has come up with many many games for people to play while drinking. They are.....very imaginative when it comes to having fun. There is this one game called flip cup where you take a little red plastic cup.....Which I for one donât understand why they use plastic...it makes everything taste horrible but let me get back to what I was saying!âÂ
She paused for a moment, taking a drink and letting the warming liquid fill her before sitting back and relaxing.Â
âThey take this plastic cup and fill it with a small amount of alcohol. Two people stand on either side of a table and the first person to take the shot and flip the cup over wins! It sounds stupid but can actually be pretty fun especially when you get really drunk!âÂ
Another swig down, and Rangiku was already more relaxed than she had been the entire stress filled day. Kenpachi may not have been her first choice for drinking partners but at least he was keeping her company when others flaked.Â
âAlso, where do you think Captain Kyoraku gets his best stuff~ I have a way of....procuring only the best when I go to the world of the living~âÂ
