"Guess they'll fit in here. If they're a survivor, that means they probably didn't enjoy it. The armed forces, the agents, the officers, and I have all been trained to kill, and have most likely done so. The difference is, we do it in self-defense. None of us enjoy it, but it was our job."

Promoting a casual dead-by-daylight roleplay group I help moderate along with @foksydoodle

We're excited to say we dropped a server wide event for the summer 🏝 and we are constantly looking to engage our community!

We are minor friendly, and a drama-free/safe zone so bear this in mind when joining.

There aren't many +18 channels besides art

Our staple rp format is something more casual offered; It's easily joinable and leave-able. Loose with little "turn-order" or long posts. Of course, we also have more dedicated serious rooms/channels as well, for when characters are comfortable with eachother and you want to get ideas out there.

*Evan sat there, cleaning his blade, as Tapp tries to get his foot out of Evan's bear trap* Honing Stones do wonders for catch the last survivor. I'm in no rush so enjoy this break from the hunt. When you're good and ready for the hook just let yourself out. Personally I got nothing against you Detective but you've been poking your nose around a bit too much lately. You know what they say Tapp, curiosity killed the cat.

Been Killing a long time Tapp. More persistent men have tired and failed at finding my family’s secrets. I guess.. Unlike them, you wont be able to die permanently so maybe one day you’ll be able to outsmart me, maybe one day you’ll find out my past and maybe one day you’ll put me behind bars with the rest of the killers. I’m curious how long you’ll hold onto that dream of getting out one day. Trust me, I know that willpower will only get you so far. Think you could arrest a god Detective?

“Oh...yeah? I think I dropped my notepad a while back. If you let me out I can go get it. Make sure to notate you’re a real egotistical piece of work.” The detective gave a groan as the trap’s teeth raked into flesh once more, a pained grin which was more on the verge of a frown shortly in place and he forced a harsh single laugh. Even when he didn’t move it hurt way too much, and hands soon found themselves trying to relieve the pressure from the metal, the struggle requiring every bit of effort he could muster. “Y-eah. You-- you hold onto that ego, and I’ll keep my ‘will’. It’ll make it that much better when you’re the one paying for it.”

You guys are all really amazing people!!!  I’ll admit I wasn’t sure if I should ‘come back’ in case it would be in poor taste...like some sort of prodigal son or something ;_;  But the “Detective Tapp” tag seemed WAY too empty!! SO!! I’m here again. Can I say I so wholeheartedly enjoy your comments, care, and concern! ;w; They really make coming back to this blog a lovely experience and you guys make the community great. She’s quick. One second you see her, the next she’s gone. Seem’s like she’s used to avoiding cops, or maybe she just avoids me. Anyway, her low-profile makes her one less to worry about around Killers.

"Don't you think the trials would be easier if you had a gun?" Steve asked with a disheartened tone after overlooking detective Tapp, noticing he had his whole attire including the bullet vest. Despite the other having no weapon though, Steve still felt safe in his presence. The older man reminded him a lot of someone he used to know back in Hawkins. -@pretty80sboi

Regard was given to the youth as the question was asked, hand reaching up to rub at chin scruff and then neck in thought.  “Oh, of course. Being able to punish a psycho to protect others is high on my list of roles to do as a public servant; It’s what I’ve been trained to do. Granted, I’ve seen ways that can be used against you, but even then, if I had a firearm and could put down a killer for a few trials or even minutes or seconds, I’d do it. Every time.” The detective reached over and gave the younger a pat on the shoulder.  “Even if we don’t have weapons, we have our smarts. That’s the best thing you can have in these situations. You’re young and your brain can learn a lot more than mine can, so maybe I'll teach you what I know about observation and deduction.”

"Hello detective, I know I have sacrificed you many times already but I want to sit down and just have a chat. I'd love to hear some stories on what kind of crimes you have been involved with. Any that impacted you the most or disturbed you?" He asks while holding a small note pad and a chewed pen

If there’s one thing you get tired of doing in the trials, it’s running. Always having to be on the move or on your knees, and the few times you weren’t doing those, you’re in the ground eating dirt or on the hook; So, for now, a seat seemed okay, even if it did mean having to put up with a creep. He didn’t have to sit for long. “You want to write about it? For what? To get your rocks off later? Get more information to use against me?” Tapp frowned and crossed arms, eyes staring at the killer on the other side of him, watching the notepad and pen carefully.  “The most memorable cases were when I’ve taken down creeps like you. Some of the scum on the streets do it for money, drugs, power. Then there are the real twisted assholes like you who do it just because they can. Because someone was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe looked a bit too much like their momma.” The detective narrowed his eyes.
