So i have two of them for now, a solar hunter named Venik and a stasis hunter Nezabud-17.
Venik
Venik is a human solar hunter. She was resurrected at the Tangled Shore and spent a big portion of her life as Spider‘s dark horse. She escaped, thanks to her Eliksni friend - Amiks - and ghost, Rudd-i (and also two other characters whom i have no art of (yet)).
Upon arrival to the Last City, she mainly made glimmer in Crucible, where she met Nezabud-17. Although they became acquaintances, they didn’t have the chance to become friends until Venik rescued Nezabud from the Hive lair on Titan.
(Small fact: after his rescue from the Hive lair, there was some time before Nezabud acquired his prosthetics, so Venik volunteered to help him get around, and did so by giving him piggyback rides)
Nowadays, Venik main source of glimmer is racing outside of the City and Crucible, although she accepts vanguard missions when paired with Nezabud.
(She also pronounces her Ks and Ss very loudly and distinctively)
Nezabud-17
Nezabud is an ex-solar hunter, who now uses stasis. He was resurrected on Venus and had to hastily get to the Last City, as he and his ghost Fern were noticed by the Vex. In the Last City, Nezabud-17 quickly became full of himself, which led to him making rash decisions, such as:
• almost abandoning his ghost
• using his solar energy in a slapdash manner
• and generally being an ass
All of this almost got Nezabud killed by the Hive, when his solar suddenly gave out, leaving him almost lightless. He was rescued by Venik, and through the series of healing and rethinking his life choices, he managed to get back on his feet and acquire stasis as his new power.
(Small fact: although Nezabud is a stasis user and lives mainly in his base on Europa, he taught Venik how to master her solar abilities, which helped with her spontaneous combusting)
Now, Nezabud-17 is way more humble and approachable, way more considerate of Fern. And also tries to find a way to “win” Traveler’s approval and get his solar abilities back.
(He also has a russian accent. Neither he nor Fern know where it came from.)
Tried to made something grandiose for the last update but resolved to what’s comfortable instead.
Destiny was and always will be a place of comfort for me. Every time i hear the opening theme with the little chimes its almost like im a kid again, opening up my first ever video game. No matter how many games i’ve tried, no matter for how long, i always found a way to come back to D1 and D2.
This franchise is my home. I met my friends, i met the love of my life here, i grew as a person with it. As of now, i spent half of my life playing this game. And im not planning on stopping.
Every time i felt stuck, Destiny helped me move forward. It helped me grow as an artist, because every time i didn’t know what to draw, i drew destiny stuff. It felt right. It felt comfortable.
This game helped me get through the hardest times of my life, and if anything, it taught me that there is always a solution. Always a way. Always a light.

For those of you reading this, thank you. Im really happy that the destiny community gave me such a warm welcome back in… 2019? Holy hell does the time fly.
Im thankful for every interaction, comment, commission, fanart or mention of my characters, every last one of you is the reason I continued doing what i do (its your fault too lol) and i wouldn’t be here without you.
Destiny gave me more than i could ever ask for - fun times, friends, love, a couple of awkward moments that i remember with a smile, and inspiration to continue. Its forever a part of me, as, no doubt, for you as well.

Commission for @sketchmatters of their vex character Blue!
This time I wanted to practice with colors and a more loose rendering style, but I may have gone a little overboard with cat numbers 😅 (I had fun though don’t worry). Stickers might be a little hard to see so small but the majority are from Bungie. There’s one from monster hunter (quest clear) snuck in there, and the microscopic hobgoblin sticker is from the artist Monstyra.
The Vanguard had to put new covers over the vents in the Tower after an incident where a Hunter emerged from a vent without warning and caused a Warlock to set off a Nova Bomb. Near Civillians. There were also a handful who were trying to convince the public that the Tower was haunted by whispering "ghost noises" from within the vents. Hunters are no longer allowed to traverse through the vents due to these acts. Titans are NOT to aid any in getting the reinforced covers off.
