Does anyone know this Mattex fic?

Okay this is a shot in the dark but I was going through a list of my old favorite Mattex fics I found on my phone and there was this one (I'm 99% sure the title was With a Little Mending It Could be as Good as New but I didn't have a link or the author's name :(). I think it was split into two chapters and in the first one they're at a party and Alex is sitting outside on the steps with a bottle of wine or something. Matt sits with her and asks what's wrong, and she doesn't want to open up to him at first but eventually tells him that she just felt lonely inside because everyone was all coupled up. He tells her how amazing she is and that she could get any guy she wants but she waves him off and tells him to go back to the party. He ends up taking her home bc she gets super drunk, and when they get to his apartment or hotel room or wherever they were she makes a move on him and, using all of his willpower, he pushes her away saying they can't bc she's drunk. She thinks this means he doesn't like her like that and he tries to tell her that that's not what it is but she doesn't believe him and thinks he's making excuses. They go to sleep and the next morning they confess their feelings for each other and f*ck in the shower and stuff.

Like I swear I have scoured every crevice of the internet for this fic and come up empty. I want to read it again so badly because the first chapter and the emotions behind it have inspired my writing for years. So if anyone knows what I'm talking about pls lmk. Thank you!
