Our non-refundable deposit is security for you and your event date and ourselves.
This is generally completed via phone call and followed with email. we do not accept confirmation(s) via sms or text via WhatsApp
This is confirmation of us providing product and/or service for your occasion.
Once deposit is paid, this confirms our service and you accept our terms and conditions

Bespoke design pieces are confirmed after consultation with as much details as possible
We love to complete a look and will do our best to make sure all is well, all round, to meet requirements of other elements in you event!

T&Cs | Weather
We will always communicate best ways to accommodate event decor and/or hire for effects from weather where applicable prior to set up
please communicate any effects of unpredicted bad weather of hire items as soon as possible
T&Cs | Transport/delivery
Free Local delivery is offered within booking, this radius is set by us.
Delivery time will be arranged to best suit you!
We are currently London based. delivery journeys are calculated with the best and quickest route but not necessarily shortest distance.
please discuss parking if location has parking offsite or away from entrance of required set up area(s)
T&Cs | Commercial Use
Our products are to be used as their intended function as agreed upon agreement and invoice. Photos and videos of hire equipment may not be used for commercial use without our prior formal permission
T&Cs | Damages and loss (ii)
The hirer is liable for any damage for Personalised items* and hire items between installation and collection.
Each item has a limitation for damages; these are 120% of acquired retail cost.
*unless agreed personalised items are bought/kept by hirer
T&Cs | Damages and loss (i)
upon delivery of complete setup and/installation (including hire items) please inspect for event requirements for damages and imperfections at the time of delivery or arrange for a person(s) over the age of 18 to carry out visible inspections
we will not hire/use items or products with any known damage
T&Cs | Cancellation during event preparation
You may cancel your entire booking with more than 30 days notice of the hire date at no charge, minus any booking fee originally paid. Where payment has been made in full, no monies will be refunded.
COVID-19: Bookings affected by Coronavirus may postpone a new date with formal confirmation.
Proof of of contraction and this being out of your responsibility may be requested.
T&Cs | Cancellation and rearrangement
Subject to availability we will allow one date rearrangement of service and/or hire, changes must be made at least 21 days in advance to the original hire date.
The entire cost of hire, including the delivery charge will be liable if the hirer cancels their booking less than 14 days of the hire date
T&Cs | Property
Our "Service" includes the time of sourcing and travel for all items
"hire" is generally items used for temporary use for payment
"Outsourced hire"(if applicable) with details will always be thoroughly discussed in detail with yourselves

To undertake chosen decor style to completion takes sourcing of all elements, As a service, sourcing items includes time researching, communicating and travelLIKE time, This is non-refundable. A deposit secures your event and our special ingredients that will make your event extra special
T&Cs | Decor AND Design
It is critical we both know what is expected from each other prior to starting design of the whole event space's decor and/or decor pieces (full DIY by us or part outsourced)
Approving Design, Decor choice, style, colours and detail elements is acceptance for design to be finalised ready for posting and printing
