        “ Woah, woah, woah — calm down, alright? I’ll just give you back your money — I’ll give you it back, and we can just forget this whole thing happened, yeah? ” Isaac supposed it hadn’t particularly  been the smartest decision he had made as of late ( or, well, ever ), but he was… to put it lightly, just a little desperate. “ If I do that, will you promise to not kill me? ”    

                    Fuck there was nothing worse than someone telling to you calm down. It just tended to piss you off more and the urge to break a limb was starting to itch.“Oh I don’t know about that,” he drawled kneeling down and pressing the dagger against the wolf’s chin - lifting it up so the stranger was forced to look at him. “You see, I have a uncanny memory.” Vex’s eyes were cold and hard as blood pounded loudly inside his ears. Man this guy must of had some balls to try and steal from him. He was a thousand years to early to try and pull a fast one over on him. Those brown eyes slowly begin to shift into their demon counterparts, eventually turning into pools of black as he smirked devilishly. Clearly letting the other know exactly what he he’d gotten himself into. “I’m thinking the money you stole plus some interest., pup.”

         Music echoed throughout the club, strobe lights flickering bright as drunken bodies danced without a care in the world. Vex could feel it all, lust, excitement and even anger. All these emotions helped fuel him, ultimately giving the cambion power and even clarity of mind. Tonight the club was only open to non humans and so far no incidents had happened. Granted it was only a matter of time before something managed to fuck everything up. Until then though, Vex was undoubtedly enjoying himself, sitting atop of the bar with his tongue down a female vampires throat while her mate shamelessly mouthed at his neck. Almost as if right on queue, surprised screams and snarls exploded around the room prior to the music suddenly stopping. The half demons lip curled with annoyance as those dark brown eyes snapped up to scan the club. Shoving the vampires off him, he stalked towards the source of the commotion. Eyes begin to bleed into pools of black whilst canines turned into sharp dagger like incisors. Fucking shifters and there pissing matches, they were nearly as bad as demons. Tonight it seemed to be a case of tigers verse lions. When one of the tiger shifters started to throw a punch, Vex’s hand shot out to grab it only for the person to elbow him in the chin. You could literally hear a pin drip whilst gasps rang out in the club. Pure icy rage coursed through the cambions veins - his power striking out like a snake prior to blood trickling down his chin.. 

          The weretiger dropped to his knees beginning to shake before Vex slowly walked around to face him. All fighting had ceased and the sour stench of fear permeated the club as everyone else hastily stepped away from him. “I really despise...stupid people.” A hand slowly reaches out, the shifter beginning to beg. With a flick of his wrist, their left arm swiftly raised and twisted gruesomely with a bloodcurdling crack and the mans words were cut off by a high pitched scream. Another flick of the wrist, followed by another crack and scream. Just as he was about to break it one more time the guy vomited and passed out. Grimacing with distaste, Vex turned to their leader and stared him down. “You will not reset his bones for two days. If I find out you’ve done so, I’ll come to your territory and snap his bones again along with yours.” By the look of their shaken and paled leader, Vex knew his words hadn't fallen on deaf ears. “Take him and get the fuck out. Clean up the mess too, my people don’t cater to your bullshit.” Without so much as another word, he stuffed his hands into his pockets and headed towards the bar, people scurrying to get out of his way. More annoyance washed over him when he spotted that his entertainment for the night had fled during the ordeal. Fucking terrific. Deciding to occupy his mind, he told the person behind the bar on shift to take a break and took over. Gaze still black, he stared down at the person and gestured at the array of booze. “What will it be?”

          Enhanced ears pinpoint and tune into the sound of inhumanly quick footsteps barreling after him as he blurred down the vacant alleyways of the city. Events like this were honestly a regular occurrence for the half breed after his “father” had found out that he existed. Now the bastard was hell bent on making vex come to heel and rightfully take his place beside him as the vampire Prince of California. Fucking leeches and their stupid titles, hierarchy, and other political bullshit he didn't want anything to do with. It’d be better off if they were all staked or burned. After every moment that goes buy, Vex can feel the blood-lust and rage begin to boil and spill over into his human features. Those brown eyes of his gradually shift into a sinister black as his gums start to burn. Canines turn into dagger like incisors before he’s suddenly spinning around on his heel with a hiss of rage. His hand flies to the sword hanging around his hip, drawing it swiftly and bringing up to swing in a wide arch. 

       Once the vampire pursuing him veered around the corner, the sword connected with tender flesh and cleanly lopped of their head. Warm blood abruptly splatters across his face and clings stubbornly to his hair though he ignores and he turns his attention to the threat. The dhampir eyes the other opponent, blood pounding wildly in his ears as he smirked darkly.  For a moment they kept circling each other. waiting for a sign of a first move. When eyes caught the slightest twitching of fingers, Vex ghosted toward the attacker. He saw the gun, but even he knew he didn't have time to completely dodge it. Heat exploded in the side of his stomach where the bullet hit home although that didn't stop his determined assault. He skillfully brought the sword up and struck - slicing off the vampires head in one fluid motion. “Son of a bitch!” A growl of pain tore passed Vex’s lips while he let the sword fall against his hip and clutched at his abdomen; sticky red blood coating his fingers. Careless, stupid, rookie mistake!  Of course the half-ling would heal but who knew how blood crazed he’d be afterwards? If he killed someone he’d never forgive himself. He would NOT turn into the thing his mother had always feared. Nostrils flare wildly when the scent of something new steps into the alley, Vex barring his fangs at them with primal instinct. “Here to finish me off? Well pick a damn number.” His voice is strained, face contorted into a painful grimace but he refuses to show fear whilst he clenches his fingers around the hilt of the sword - ready for whatever came next.

It had been a long, drawn out battle. Every time it felt like they were getting somewhere, it seemed the demon had a new trick hidden under its sleeve to taunt them with. Summoning another demon to take care of the first demon was by far not the ideal situation. In fact, it was the last resort. Nothing else had worked. They’d all been injured. Mason was nearly dead. Nothing was going right. Scott had to do something - anything - to make this right.

The alpha steeled himself as the spell worked and the large form of the demon prince formed in front of him. He narrowed his eyes at the demon. “I summoned Vex, the prince of hell, to strike a bargain with you, the most…” his eyes caught for the first time the head in the creature’s clawed hand as the sound of thick, black blood dropping onto the ground below caused him to give notice, “brutal creature in creation. Save this boy’s life and I’ll see to it that you get your little pet back in hell without too much harm done to him.”

            Black eyes stare down at the werewolf inspecting him like a cat might look at a mouse before leaping and breaking it’s body between  it’s teeth. An amused eyebrow slowly arches when the summoner begins to talk - a part of himself enjoying the ass kissing the insect was doing. Something about this Scott Mccall intrigued him and it’d been quite a long time since he’d felt this way... How many centuries had it been since acquiring such an interesting toy that could actually hold his interest? A sudden bark of laughter escapes him at the mention of returning the demon to him - like it was a thing he could actually give two flying fucks about. He laughs for a moment longer, literally holding his stomach with clawed hands before advancing towards the teen with a blur of speed. 

           Vex’s hand snaps out so fast but stops just below Scott’s chin whilst a clawed finger gradually tilted up his chin. “Do you think I care about the safety of one little demon? Please, pup...don’t make me laugh. After all, who do you think sent it here hm?” Leaning in forward, the Prince of hell suddenly shifted to his human form - those full sensual lips curving into a devilish smirk. “Here’s MY one and only offer. I save the little rodent and in return Scott Mccall....you’re mine”  Canting his head to the side, human looking dark brown eyes had now danced with a mixture of both mischief and malice as he waited. And If the werewolf refused, well, there’d be more than just one person dying tonight.
