I plan on doing a video on this more but at the time Im writing this its 2am and I have work at 7am, because I am responsible and not privilege like some youtubers. The toxicity of Youtube has been on my mind for so long. But ChampChong's Youtube Drama has me going off the Edge. It was a good point about how Keemstar is cancer. But, we all know that by now. I want to express my thoughts on the idea of youtube and the title of Youtuber. Im not privileged, Im a blue collar worker who loves to entertain. Who has made mistakes in the past. Who is told on a daily basis to quit and give up. But, I dont. Ive overworked myself to achieve something. But, Youtube now a days feels like you have to be privileged. Earning something or working hard. Psssh, If you have a baritone voice and can dye your hair. Then, welcome to youtube. Bashing Markpliar jokes aside. Some people on youtube get popular by privilege. I do this, I get views, Im a Youtuber. That has been the system for years. If i use clickbait, I get views, Im a Youtuber. Then, Youtube changed it. If i do this, I get no views, I must try again. Pushing the bar on topics like trashing talking people, illegal pranks, or pushing hate speech. The line got blurred. Original content is barely visable, unless you look deep. All because people want to be a youtuber. This in part of privileged. Everyone can agree that playing video games for a living is a awesome job. Or acting without a studio bossing you around is awesome. But, people work as much as anyone else working fulltime. They're pushing doubles to please you. Some, dont feel privileged because they know this can end at any minute. The Youtubers that feel that way I can respect. Hard work and no payoff. But, others will use their Youtube fame for power, or manipulation. CSGO Lotto or again Drama Alert. We cause those channels or incidences to happen. We gave them power by clicking and watching their content. A lot of people who are unique put so much on the line to be a Youtuber. Only to be pushed down and buried by people who feel privileged by the title of youtuber. Look if your a small channel and I got you thinking. Please share this, Send me your channel I will always support the little guy. For me, Im going to do me, while you do you. Because, No matter what, Hard work and no payoff. Also, privileged doesnt mean they have money and looks to be famous. Like the definition of a privilege person. What Im trying to convey is people feel after they become Youtube famous that they're someone better. A lot of these types stroke their egos than be blessed. Which has created this cesspool of thinking. Its now 3 am and I have work at 7am. I hope I hit some good points, if not then I'll discuss what I missed and found in that. Im Tatar, Signing Off.
