Strange Days || Sophie & [Open]
After managing to raid the Elliot’s kitchen, digging out a bag of popcorn which she popped while looking for some sort of beverage, and eventually finding a couple cans of Coca-Cola, Sophie had made her way to the living room. The house seemed quiet enough lately to venture out of basement and find something a bit more entertaining to do. Not that her plan was very successful. All she found was a bunch of cheap horror movies, mixed with actually good ones. There were a few other things she knew were laying around that she could do, but she felt way too lazy to bother looking around.
Setting her popcorn and soda down on the table, she set up the movie and grabbed the remote and sat down on the couch. She grabbed the popcorn before she leaned back, putting her feet up on the coffee table where her drink remained.
Tate trailed around the house, knocking over portraits and and making faces at family photos. Not a lot changed when a new family moved in, besides the occasional new ghost that turned up, some of them his own fault. But the families continued to bring in all their shit, and cover the walls in and shelves with pictures and heirlooms that looked like they meant more than they should. Tate rolled his eyes at another Christmas card opened and stood on the shelves. He wasn't impressed. Eventually, Tate made his way to the living room, finding Sophie, sa seemingly young girl he had met some time back.
She looked comfortable, sunk into the couch and eating popcorn, like she was in a theatre of some sort. Well, it was like a movie in here sometimes, he guessed. He smirked and squinted his eyes, talking loud enough for her to hear as he leaned and rested his shoulder on the edge of the doorway. "If the Elliots come in and see some red-headed girl eating popcorn and sucking on coke in their living room, you can imagine how they'd react. Why are you even eating, anyway?" He raised an eyebrow, waiting for a response from where he stood behind the couch.
