Siren||Vi - Push. Pull. Repeat.
Even in the seriousness of this situation, a sound of humor leaves her lips as she lifts herself from the seat. Vi always had a way with words and threats, daring anyone to try and cross her with promises of death if they did just that. Did she think Siren a fool? The young woman may have been quick to leap into a something blind but she wasn’t a total idiot. “And I will do the same to you.” Her blue eyes glance over to her as they travel through the mansion. “If you get in the way of what is mine, that is. Which I wouldn’t recommend. I can’t really control myself when I get…unbalanced. And when they took…” Siren pauses, taking in a deep breath as her gaze went forward and away from Vi. “…it away, I ended up somehow turning these Hunters into a pile of blood and brains, I guess. I don’t know what the fuck came out of them…Look, Vi, I doubt you’d betray me…but, please, never do. Especially now.”
The vampire swallowed the retort that threatened to burst out at the threat Siren made. But, she retained the facts presented to her. An unstable Elementalist had enough raw energy to completely devastate a huge area, and it seemed like Siren was completely over that threshold. This break-in was going to be one of the hardest she's ever attempted. "I'm not interested in what they took from you. What interests me is something more of valuable." The vast information stored in the Hunters' databanks. Vast archives of names, places, events. And all for her. "Now then..." she said as she came to the kitchen, "Just follow me." Opening the door to the basement, she carefully descended the rickety stairs into the gloom. Her natural state made it easy to pick out the lightswitch at the bottom of the stairs. "My dear friend, what you are about to witness is only something very few people have only dreamed of seeing," Violette began as she flicked on the lights, illuminating a brick basement housing old furniture, dust, and cobwebs, "It's my coven's second home." Moving aside a moth-eaten couch, she pressed in a particular brick and stepped back. From behind the wall, sounds of moving machinery sounded before a section of the wall moved back and then retreated into the floor. A hallway with sterile-white walls was then lit up by subdued halogen bulbs. "Welcome to the Vault. Please be quick, for that door will close soon and we need to reach the Inner Sanctum before the failsafe is enacted..."
