I don't know if anyone have pointed this out but when uncle Iroh and Zuko are running away from Azula toward the Earth Kindom they find hospitality by a young girl and her mother.
I've just notice that the young girl (probably also the mather) is wearing a hanbok, a traditional Korean dress.
So this little family live between the two big nation, Earth Kingdom, which was inspired by Chinese empire, and Fire nation, inspired by Japan empire so they represent Korea.
I've never realized that.
Also I find really interesting how this girl point uot to Zuko that the Fire nation actually hurt her reflecting how Japan attacked and invaded Korean (in order to arrive to China).
I don't know, just wanted to point this out ...
Harry Potter 20th anniversary
In honor of this celebration here are a few of my fave moments from the 3 parody musicals by Starkid. In no particular order.
That’s all I can think of for now.
Happy Harry Potter Day everyone!
We are always trying to find something in stars, something more ⭐️

Insatiable
I’ve just finished insatiable and I find it really good. Insatiable is always over the top, super kitch and also it talks about different social issues using the grotesque. Some issues have a deeper analysis other are just introduce with dark jokes. From the beginnig we’re introduced to characters which seem stereotype but during the series they are decostructed and become deeper. Insatiable uses stereotype and always debunks then. The character of Patty is very weel built. She looks more like a villain, she’s very selfish, she has a lot of anger and she does horrible things, the public is lead to to see her as the horrible person she is, but at the same time she’s also really relatable and even if you don’t like her you cand understand her and feel bad for her (which doesn’t mean approve her behavior), pretty emblematic is the scene when she cried in the dressing room. A lot of dark jokes in the series give the opportunity to reflect over a certain argument and leave you something but at the same time is very funny (if you enjoy that type of dark humor). I like that all the caracthers have a development thruogh the series and all have shades, no one is perfect. They contradict them self, change but at the same time they are perfectly reconasible, their development can be positive or negative but they actually have one. Patty is different she actually have development but as she said she seem in a circle and be stuck in the same situation due to her actions. I also like how the series stressfull how be skinny doesn’t meen be a good person or became better, as well Insatiable stress out that your esterior aspect is not always reflect what you have inside, an example is Bob Barnard which is represent as the perfect man and during the series we see all his flaw as how he’s selfish and can’t listen to others, the fake of his marriage, the fact is actually a bad dad.
With his flaw and limits Insatiable is a well written show, yeah it’s controversial and I understand that it can’t be liked by anyone. p.s.: I see some post saying that Birck is dumb but I don’t think it is. He just doesn’t have a a large vocabulary and he’s a little naive.

Wow
I love fairy tail but I hate it
I know, it's really strange but that it's, I love it and hate it at the same time.
Fairy tail was my "teenage manga", it was the one which actually makes me discover this world so I will always love it because it reminds me a lot of things and my teen years.
I think it was really good at the beginning but the last two years of the manga just makes me wonder what happened to the characters I used to love.
I alway know it have a lot of flaws, but found it enjoyable (also the fans service doesn't really bother me at the beginning but at the and some times I was like "it was really necessary to draw that?). It's true that it has plot holes, you can't say they doesn't exist but I LOVE fairy tail because it makes me happy while I was reading it, it make me laugh and like the characters and I like the guild and how it seemed like a big family.
I also like the final, mavis and zeref could remained dead for me and there is one panel which..., but it finished in the right way : they going on adventure
So why I hate it so much?
I have a lot of things that I hate but there is one thing that make me hate it whit all my heart: the ruins of Gray character cause of gruvia.
So, I never ship them, I don't like the developed but near the end of the manga I know that gruvia gonna happens so I try to...accepted it? I find a lot of problem in this ship, I think a lot of my hate is related to that but the big problem I have with it is the last panel they are together.
I never like how Juvia acts around gray cause I find it creepy but I always find gray a great character, he's kind, loyal, not really smart as he try to be but not stupid, caring, strong, someone who trys to think about things. But in the last panel when Juvia strips cause she's drunk Gray sees the scar (which I don't understand why Juvia has it, she makes of water!) and he feels bad which is natural for gray because he always fell bad for pains which is not actually he's fault but he thinks it is, but next he says this sexist thing, something like she shouldn't have scars cause "your body is mine"!!! It makes me so angry! It said BODY, so Juvia doesn't have a head? She's a simple object??? It's so out of character and every time I think it just make me angry!! I can hate Juvia a lot but she's not an object which can be possessed!! Woman are not object!!
Ok, this is it, this is why FT makes me so angry, probably I will write more abou why I love it and, also about gruvia (I know it's a really popular ship but I want to understand why it is and expose my opionion).
Please don't hate on me, and if you have opinion about the last chapter of FT share it, it will be interesting
I hope you understand everything, English it's not my firt language and I know I write long sentences which are probably confusing but my language is characterised by long sentences
You have something in your face
“Over the Garden Wall” it’s really amazing. The graphic is really fluid and dark and perfectly matchs with the story. I like the facts that you don’t really know if the wood is real, actually I see the wood as what you have inside or as a dreamplace. The story is a long journey of this teenager who start to embrace his responsability towards his little step brother, who learn how to face his feeling. I just really apreciate it.
